Mission Accomplished
As Michael lurked outside the house, Drew and Willow’s wedding ceremony began, with Martin officiating and Alexis, Scout, Elizabeth, and Nina as the guests. When Martin wanted to skip ahead to the vows, Drew declared that nothing was going to stop him from making Willow his wife. Michael walked away before Drew said his vows. Then, when it was Willow’s turn, the bride flashed back to her earlier conversation with Nina, when her mother had asked if she really wanted to go through with the marriage. As the guests anxiously looked on, Willow paused before finally saying, “I do.” After Drew and Willow exchanged rings, Martin pronounced them husband and wife, and Nina and Alexis turned their heads in disgust as the couple shared a kiss.

After congratulating her father, Scout pulled Drew into the other room to reveal a surprise she had for him. Meanwhile, Willow told Nina that she’d accomplished her mission by going through with the ceremony, and Nina offered her full support in getting Wiley and Amelia back. The bride then thanked Elizabeth for standing by her side. Liz remarked that she hoped the marriage would bring Willow everything she wanted, and Willow declared that she knew it would. Martin told Alexis it was good of her to attend, and she clarified she’d only done so to support Scout. She complained about how the marriage and Willow’s decisions are making her job harder, and she needed to win the case, or else Drew would never let her see her granddaughter again. Her plan was to convince the jury that someone else was more willing to shoot Drew than Willow was. After Scout caught the bouquet that Willow tossed, Alexis took the girl back to the Davis house for a sleepover.
Once their guests had all gone, Willow asked Drew what Scout’s surprise had been, and he showed her a drawing of the three of them. Drew promised that the picture would soon have five people in it, once they got Wiley and Amelia home, and kissed his bride.

Mother Knows Best
Gio stuck around to help Brook Lynn clean up after the Qs had their Thanksgiving pizza. Brook Lynn was touched when her son confided he hoped to get an invite back next year because he’d enjoyed spending the holiday with her. As she fumbled through trying to make small talk, Brook Lynn divulged that she was nervous about screwing things up with him, especially since their talk at the hospital had meant so much to her. Gio promised that even if things got messy between them, they were family, and it would all work out since he was done pushing her away. Next, Brook Lynn asked Gio about the break-in at the lab. When he huffed that she should speak with Dante, she insisted she wanted to hear his take on the situation.
Gio explained how he and Emma had forgotten about their plan to break into the lab after Ned had a heart attack. He regretted even having the other kids involved in stealing the key fob in the first place, since they are all underage and he’d asked them to get involved in something illegal. Brook Lynn praised her son for taking responsibility and explained that when Dante gets scared, it comes out as anger. Gio replied that he accepted Dante’s right to be angry, but he had no obligation to take it. Brook Lynn maintained that Dante wanted to have a relationship with his son, but Gio wasn’t so sure that was possible. Their conversation was interrupted when Emma ran into the kitchen, looking for Gio. After Brook Lynn exited, Emma showed her boyfriend a note she’d found under her door when she’d arrived home. Listed was an address three blocks away from the Brown Dog Bar, which Emma declared was Dalton’s off-campus lab. Gio smiled when his girlfriend suggested they rescue the dogs that night.

Secrets And Lies
Curtis was shocked when Nathan arrived at his home, wanting to bring him down to the station on Thanksgiving to question him about the night of Drew’s shooting. As Jordan and Trina looked on, Curtis asked if he was under arrest. When Nathan revealed he wasn’t there to arrest Curtis, Curtis refused to go to the station, not wanting to leave his family on the holiday. Trina angrily got in Nathan’s face, declaring the police had no right to take her father away from his home. Curtis urged his daughter to go inside and make sure Aunt Stella didn’t come out. Then, Jordan wanted to know why Curtis was wanted for questioning since Willow was the primary suspect, and Nathan revealed that new evidence had come to light. Reluctantly, Curtis agreed to meet Nathan at the station after he told his family what was happening.
Inside the house, Kai calmed Trina down as she freaked out that the police had taken Curtis in for questioning. She scoffed when Stella said it was a good thing Jordan went with Curtis, claiming Jordan would use the situation to get her hooks into him. Since she thought Jordan and Curtis had been over for years, Stella was stunned when Trina and Marshall each revealed that the woman was partly to blame for Curtis and Portia’s split. When Stella wanted to know if Curtis and Jordan were having an affair, Trina insisted her dad would never cheat on her mom, but Jordan swooped in at the first sign of trouble. Upset that Marshall knew and hadn’t said anything to her, Stella implied she wouldn’t have invited Jordan to Thanksgiving. Then, Trina pointed out that it sucked to find out your family is keeping secrets, like how everyone knew except for her that her mother was pregnant.

Kai accompanied Trina outside when she needed to get some fresh air, and Stella and Marshall argued over whether they should interfere in Curtis’s life. Stella thought her sister would be disappointed in Curtis for walking away from his child, but Marshall felt Irene would have told her to leave it alone. Outside, Trina confided to Kai that she’d been so scared her mother might have been the one to shoot Drew, but was now worried her father was guilty.
Dead On Arrival
Laura was on the phone with Lucky when there was a knock at her door. It was Kevin on the other side, home from Ireland a week earlier. Picking up on his wife’s nervous energy, Kevin first assumed his wife was tired after a grueling reelection campaign. When he pressed her to share what was bothering her, Laura flashed back to finding Prof. Dalton in the trunk of her car, but Lulu knocked on the door before she could come clean with her husband. Kevin asked Lulu how Rocco was holding up, and Laura grew uncomfortable when he wondered if they had any idea where Dalton was and announced it was past Ace’s bedtime. While Lulu took her nephew upstairs to put him to bed, Kevin commented to his wife that it was odd the professor had just disappeared and wondered if he was gone for good. Then, Lulu came back downstairs after tucking Ace in and said good-bye to her mother and stepfather. Once they were alone again, Laura confessed to her husband that she’d found Dalton’s dead body in the trunk of her car.

Let’s Go All The Way
After leaving Drew’s house, Michael headed to the Brown Dog, where he ran into Jacinda at the bar. She was curious why he wasn’t with his family since it was Thanksgiving night, and Michael revealed that he had been earlier, but he’d then gone to see if Willow was really going to go through with the wedding. They moved to a table, where Michael divulged that he needed to see Willow marry Drew in order to believe it after the way his ex had chosen Drew time and time again, despite his manipulations and lies. More convinced than ever that he’d been making the right calls regarding the kids, Michael shared that he didn’t want to go home and tell Wiley and Amelia that Willow had gotten married. Calling Drew a spiteful, vindictive bully who reminded her of a stepfather who never made her a priority, Jacinda assured Michael he was doing the best thing for his kids. Then, Michael revealed that he wished they’d met under different circumstances, so Jacinda would believe that he wanted to be with her because he liked her for the woman she is, not only because she was his alibi. Leaning over to kiss Michael, Jacinda shared that she believed him. She then invited him back to her apartment, where they made love.

Smoking Gun
Once at the station, Curtis had trouble getting in touch with another attorney since Alexis couldn’t represent him as she was already Willow’s counsel. Jordan wondered if he knew what evidence the PCPD now had, but Curtis replied that he just wanted to answer the questions and return home. Then, Curtis demanded that Jordan sit in as a witness during his questioning and told Nathan to refer to the statement he’d previously made about the night of Drew’s shooting. Instead, Nathan pressed to hear Curtis’s whereabouts from Curtis himself. After restating his actions that night and establishing that he didn’t think he’d need an alibi for the time he was alone doing paperwork at The Savoy, Curtis asked what the PCPD’s new evidence was. Nathan explained that they’d gained access to the records of Red Shell Security, which handles the club’s alarm systems, and there was an hour gap between when Curtis reactivated the alarm when he left the building and when he supposedly met Jordan.
Next, Curtis said he got to the Brown Dog before Jordan, and Jordan asked if the PCPD actually had evidence that Curtis was the shooter. Acknowledging that they did not, Nathan pointed out that, as an ex-cop, Curtis knew how to cover his tracks, and his previous statement didn’t include that he’d arrived at the bar first. When Curtis replied he hadn’t thought that was relevant, Nathan offered him the opportunity to amend his statement and asked if anything else had happened that he hadn’t mentioned. Then, Curtis flashed back to a meeting with Selina Wu before telling Nathan he stood by his statement. When Jordan argued that the PCPD was grasping at straws, Nathan suggested that the lack of evidence implied Drew’s shooting was a professional job. Curtis again flashed back to his conversation with Selina, this time remembering that he’d offered her $1 million to kill Drew Cain that night!
