Delon de Metz (Zende Forrester): Zende is back in the mix and voices his frustration with his role as a designer on Friday, May 15.

Daniel Sean Smith (Jesse): The Forrester employee is on duty on Tuesday, May 12.
Days of Our Lives
Julian Barnes (Harold): The beloved DiMera butler made a surprise appearance at the reading of Stefano’s (Joseph Mascolo) will. Barnes began playing the role in 2010 and his last stint as Harold took place in 2017. The character is actually the third Salem alter ego for Barnes, who once shared with Soap Opera Digest that in addition to playing Dr. Goddard in 1992, he appeared as “a guy in a hospital bed who had some crucial evidence for the detectives of the day — looking completely different, I must say! That was early on when I had hair in front!”
Nikki Crawford (Lexie Carter): It’s a huge week for the actress as Lexie finally reenters Salem society — and reunites with her beloved “widower,” Abe (James Reynolds). and made a surprising offer to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez).
Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera): Kristen’s troubles continue as she has a vision of Sophia (Rachel Boyd) and muses about life and death with Chad (Conner Floyd).
Shi Ne Nielson (Amy Choi): On Thursday, May 14, Amy gets confrontational with Holly (Ashley Puzemis).
Stephen Oyoung (Jason Choi): Viewers will meet Sophia’s father, Jason, when Oyoung debuts on Thursday, May 14. The actor is an accomplished stuntman and has appeared in movies like Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning and the 2024 Twisters remake.
Thaao Penghlis (Tony DiMera): Tony remains in the Salem mix this week and made a surprising offer to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez).

Lauren Koslow (Jill Foster Abbott): Koslow, who has played Kate Roberts Brady on DAYS since 1996, will be temporarily assuming the role of Jill for five episodes. She has already reported to duty at the Y&R studio, with her first appearance scheduled to air on Thursday, June 25. Koslow previously played mischief-making Lindsey Wells on the soap from 1984-86.
Chris Wenchell (Drug Dealer): Wenchell, whose credits include episodes of The Rookie and FBI: Most Wanted, plays the shady dealer that Nick (Joshua Morrow) approaches this week for a fentanyl fix.

Jess Walton (Jill Foster Abbott): The beloved actress is temporarily ceding the role of Jill to Lauren Koslow. Walton, who commutes to the show’s L.A. studio from her home in Oregon, had a scheduling conflict that prevented her from taking part in the five episodes Koslow will film.
Alumni Report
William deVry (ex-Julian Jerome, GH; ex-Storm Logan, B&B et al) stars in a new movie, Spill, a thriller written and directed by Blake Ritter. “So Proud to be a part of this great movie and @blake.ridder has one hell of a career ahead of him.. truly unbelievable,” deVry shared on Instagram. The film had a premiere screening in Beverly Hills, CA on May 4, with deVry’s Port Charles baby mama, Lisa LoCicero (Olivia), in attendance to show her support…. Finley Rose Slater (ex-Rachel Black, DAYS), Trevor Donovan (ex-Jeremy Horton, DAYS) and Brandon Routh (ex-Seth Anderson, One Life to Live) have been cast in Ethan Almighty — Ethan’s Law, an upcoming film inspired by the real-life story of the rescue dog whose stirring tale of survival prompted the adoption of major animal cruelty legislation in Kentucky. “So excited to share the news that I will be part of the inspiring true story of ETHAN ALMIGHTY – ETHAN’S LAW 🐕. Such an incredible cast of actors to work with,” Slater posted on Instagram…. Ashton Arbab (ex-Dev Cerci, GH) has wrapped production on the Lucy Hale (ex-Aria, Pretty Little Liars) romantic comedy Princess. The actor enthused on Instagram, “Excited to be part of ‘Princess’ alongside such an INCREDIBLE cast. Grateful for this one. 🎬”
Industry News
A Change is Gonna Come: Josh Griffith has opted to step down from his post as executive producer of Y&R, which he has held since 2023. He will remain as the show’s head writer, but Sally McDonald, who was previously serving as co-EP alongside Griffith, will now hold that position solo.
Novel Idea: Y&R stars Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), Mark Grossman (Adam), Michael Graziadei (Daniel) and Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe) will be directed by Y&R Director Fritz Brekeller in a reading of the upcoming romance novel She Wrote, He Wrote: A New York Love Story on Wednesday, May 20 at the Barnes & Noble at The Grove in Los Angeles. The reading will be followed by a Q&A and book signing. Tickets are available now.
