Y&R alum Daniel Goddard is a class act on GH, Emily O’Brien’s return date as DAYS’s Gwen is revealed, and Jack Wagner is docking back at B&B.

Beyond The Gates
Najah Jackson (Samantha Richardson): Determined to be a model, Samantha will work on a plan to make it happen with the help of Kat (Colby Muhammad) and Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla).
Jon Lindstrom (Joey Armstrong): Joey grows closer to Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli), which challenges her marriage to Doug (Jason Graham).
Cady McClain (Pamela Curtis): Pammy is called into service when Dani (Karla Mosley) wants to get her groove back. The two will be working together on a brand new venture.
Jaden Lucas Miller (Tyrell Richardson): Look for Tyrell’s crisis to pit dads Martin (Brandon Claybon) and Smitty’s (Mike Manning) parenting styles against each other.
Jason Vendryes (Kenny): Deadline reports that the former Ruthless actor has been cast in a recurring role. Look for Kenny to play a mystery man who figures into the drama with Martin (Brandon Claybon) and Vernon (Clifton Davis). The actor will also be seen in the upcoming One Spoon of Chocolate and appeared on Too Close to Home and Ambitions.
Bold and Beautiful
Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy Forrester): Electra (Laneya Grace) is going to need advice from her aunt Ivy this week as Electra deals with issues in her relationship with Will (Crew Morrow).
Cassandra Creech (Dr. Grace Buckingham): Liam (Scott Clifton) continues treatment at the hospital, and his lead doctor remains on the tricky case.
Ashley Jones (Dr. Bridget Forrester): With all that Liam is experiencing in the wake of his health crisis, look for Bridget to join his medical team.
Sophia Paras (Kelly Spencer): Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) does her best to manage daughter’s expectations about whether or not her father, Liam, will be able to take her to the daddy/daughter dance at school.
Jack Wagner (Nick Marone): The news broke last week that Wagner, who became a daytime superstar when he joined General Hospital in 1984 as Frisco Jones, is returning to the show as Nick. Expect Nick to mix it up once again with ex-wife Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), who is reeling from her latest heartbreak at the hands of his half brother, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). The actor was a B&B fixture from 2003-12, and returned for a one-day appearance in 2022, when Nick appeared to Brooke in a dream. Wagner’s first airdate is set for June 13.
Days of Our Lives
George DelHoyo (Orpheus): Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) will clash with their longtime nemesis once again this week.
Emily O’Brien (Gwen Rizczech): While news of O’Brien’s return was revealed at the beginning of the year, Digest can exclusively report that the first air date for the return of Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) best friend and Jack’s (Matthew Ashford) daughter is July 7. O’Brien was introduced as Gwen in 2020, and the character was last seen leaving town in October 2023. As for O’Brien, she briefly popped back up on the show in March 2025 as her other Salem alter ego, Theresa Donovan.
Marissa Reyes (Arianna Horton): Will (Chandler Massey) and Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) now older daughter is being reintroduced to Salem for a story arc that kicks off at the end of May, with Reyes assuming the role. Find out more here.
Louise Sorel (Vivian Alamain): Vivian will be sticking around Salem this week, as she is set to blab a secret to Xander (Paul Telfer) and will clash with former daughter-in-law Gabi.
Alison Sweeney (Sami Brady): The actress continues her time in Salem this week, as Sami interacts with Rafe (Galen Gering), Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Vivian.
General Hospital
Asher Antonyzyn (Danny Morgan): Danny will appear this week in scenes with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
Finn Carr (Rocco Falconeri): Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) son is on the scene this week — a week that will feature Dante’s birthday celebration.
Colin Cassidy (Aiden Spencer): With Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) recuperating at home from the injuries she sustained in a car crash alongside Ric (Rick Hearst), her youngest son will be among those making sure she has everything she needs.
Daniel Goddard (Professor Henry Dalton): Last week, the news broke that the former Y&R star, who played Cane Ashby from 2007-19 (with a brief break in 2011), is coming to Port Charles to play a professor that will intersect with Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Shortly after the news was revealed, Goddard posted a video to his Instagram account of himself walking through the halls of the GH studio. His caption read, “1,973 days later. #CBS #YR #Cane —> #ABC #GH #Dalton ❤️🙏🏻.” Finola Hughes (Anna) commented on it, “Welcome!!” Several of Goddard’s former Y&R castmates, including Melissa Ordway (Abby), Brytni Sarpy (Eena; ex-Valerie, GH) and Lauralee Bell (Christine) flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages. The actor posted a follow-up video to voice his appreciation for the reaction he’d received from fans, noting, “I want to let you know how grateful I am since I announced on Friday that I’m joining the cast of General Hospital, I’ve received such an outpouring of just complete and total just love and just kindness and just messages… and I’m blown away. But you know what? You guys have always been there for me from day one. And you’ve never let me down and I will never let you down.” He then confirmed his first airdate, smiling, “So April 15th, General Hospital, ABC, Professor Henry Dalton. Class will be in session and you better be there cause I will be taking roll call.”
Cyrus Hobbi (Yuri): The trusted Quartermaine bodyguard is on duty this week.
Scarlett Spears (Donna Corinthos): Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly’s (Laura Wright) adorable daughter takes part in a family celebration.

Melissa Ordway (Abby Chancellor Abbott Winters): Devon’s (Bryton James) wife will be by his side when talking with Nate’s (Sean Dominic) newly discovered half brother, Damian (Jermaine Rivers), when they see him with Lily (Christel Khalil).
Jai Rodriguez (Pietro): The Queer Eye for the Straight Guy alum will guest on the soap as a party planner, which Us reported exclusively. Look for him to be hired by the Newmans to help with a birthday party for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). The site reports he’ll air in four episodes, beginning on May 28.

Christopher Cousins (Martin Laurent): Almost one year after his April 30, 2024 debut, the actor has wrapped his run, thanks to the fact the secret that his character, Alan, was masquerading as Martin has come out. That secret, as well as all of his crimes, were revealed thanks to Traci (Beth Maitland), Ashley (Eileen Davidson), Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford).

Casting About
Eden McCoy’s (Josslyn, GH) film short, The Mime and the Clown, has been accepted into the NYC Independent Film Festival. It was written and directed by her real-life love, Jonathan Morgan Heit, who also co-stars. The two also co-produced, along with Tyler Transki.
Industry News
Three’s A Magic Number: CBS announced a three-year renewal for Bold and Beautiful, taking the soap to its 41st anniversary. The soap turned 38 this past March 23, along with that same anniversary for original cast members John McCook (Eric) and Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke).
Hear Ye, Hear Ye: A new audio soap called Montecito will drop on April 22. It is set in the ultra-wealthy enclave, and it’s a modern twist on the classic radio format, with 10 episodes that each clock in at 20 minutes in length. Actors lending their voices include Rick Hearst (Ric, GH), Crystal Chappell (ex-Carly, DAYS, et all), Vincent Irizarry (ex-Deimos, DAYS, et al), Mike Manning (Smitty, BTG), Peter Porte (ex-Dimitri, DAYS), Emme Rylan (ex-Lulu, GH), Kelly Thiebaud (ex-Britt, GH), Marc Anthony Samuel (Felix, GH) and more. Phylicia Rashad (ex-Courtney Wright, One Life to Live; ex-Felicia Dalton, Santa Barbara) has snagged a guest spot on season 7 of The Chi, which airs on Paramount+ and Showtime…. Sasha Calle (ex-Lola Rosales, Y&R) has joined the season 2 cast of Apple TV+’s Sugar, as a regular. The series stars Colin Farrell…. Deadline reported that Brittany Snow (ex-Susan Lemay, Guiding Light) has been cast in Hulu’s upcoming, as-yet untitled limited series about the Murdaugh murders, where she’ll play a journalist with a suspicious world view…. Ryan Carnes (ex-Lucas) has completed filming on a holiday flick with the working title A Cherry Pie Christmas, in which he stars alongside Kate Leclerc, per Deadline.
In Memoriam
Tom McDermott, a longtime stage manager at Y&R, passed away in March. The April 8 show paid tribute to McDermott with a picture of him holding a Daytime Emmy (as a stage manager, he’d be part of the directing team’s wins in both 2011 and 2019), and it said, “In Loving Memory Tom McDermott 1954-2025.” He was a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) since 1984.
