I'm not usually a big fan of corporate storylines, but I'm enjoying the fighting within Forrester Creations on BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL, mainly because the plot isn't so much about the company, but about the characters' relationships.

I really like the idea of Gloria and Jeff owning Genoa City's hottest new club on Y&R. The terrible twosome are always fun to watch, but for too long they've been floating from one location to another — the Abbott mansion, the G.C.A.C., Phyllis's penthouse — and from one storyline to the next.

Though I really wish that the talented Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki) would get her own storyline on Y&R, I truly enjoyed the scenes where Victor proposed marriage to Nikki for the umpteenth time in the Newman Ranch stables.

I'm really enjoying the recent drama between half brothers Nick and Adam on YOUNG AND RESTLESS as they clash over Adam's friendship with Sharon, as well as having to work together at Newman Enterprises.

With all the sadness surrounding Colleen's storyline on YOUNG AND RESTLESS, it's been a relief to watch the much more lighthearted scenes featuring the Chancellors and the Bardwells.

In the past few weeks, Y&R's Ashley, Adam and most recently Mary Jane, have all donned the purple gown that Sabrina was wearing on the night she died in a car accident.

As great as YOUNG AND RESTLESS has been during the past few weeks, there's one thing I really miss seeing: Katherine and Amber's friendship.

Adam's gaslighting of Ashley on Y&R is creepy and riveting. However, I have one rather large issue with the storyline: I don't understand Adam's motivations for wanting to hurt Ashley.

I'm just not feeling the "Kevin fights the chipmunk" storyline on YOUNG AND RESTLESS. The start of Kevin's breakdown was compelling; Clint kidnapped and drugged him, locked the claustrophobic Kevin in a closet, made him think Clint was his late "daddy," and brainwashed Kevin into robbing banks (while wearing a chipmunk mask).

On a personal note, this week (April 9) my husband and I are celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary. That said, I've been intrigued by the ways in which the various marriages are being portrayed on YOUNG AND RESTLESS. It seems like begging is the thing to do, even in unions that are completely falling apart.
