Kassie DePaiva (ex-Eve, DAYS; ex-Blair, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) met James DePaiva (ex-Max, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) in Llanview, and they surprised castmates when they eloped to Kentucky on May 31, 1996. They renewed their vows that June 16 with a very special flower girl (his daughter from a previous marriage, Dreama). The DePaivas welcomed a son, James Quentin, a.k.a. J.Q., on May 12, 1997.

Terri Conn first crossed paths with soap vet Austin Peck (ex-Austin, DAYS) when she was playing AS THE WORLD TURNS’s Katie and he joined the cast as Brad in 2006. They fell in love and wed on July 1, 2011. In addition to Conn’s daughter, Julia, 12, from her first marriage, and Peck’s sons, Aidan, 14, and Roman, 12, from his, the couple has two daughters: Keira, 4, and Morgan, who will be 2 in July.

Melissa Reeves (Jennifer) and Scott Reeves (ex-Steve, GH et al) met on the set of DAYS, when he played the short-term role of Jake in 1988. They made their union official on March 23, 1990, after they had to postpone their original February 1990 date when Scott began to suffer from seizures and had to have surgery to see if it was a brain tumor. (It wasn’t – a sinus infection had traveled to his forehead and lodged there, creating an abscess.) They welcomed daughter Emily in June 1992 and son Larry in August 1997.

Melissa and David Fumero fell for each other while playing Adriana and Cristian on ONE LIFE TO LIVE. They pledged their troth on December 9, 2007, in a ceremony officiated by former co-star Javier Morga (ex-Tico), who had a hand in getting the duo together. The Fumeros had a son, Enzo, on March 24, 2016.

The ultimately picked a romantic day for their wedding — February 14, 2014 — and said their “I do’s” at the Beverly Hills courthouse. After, they celebrated in their backyard with family and friends that included his GH co-stars Lynn Herring (Lucy), Kin Shriner (Scott) and John J. York (Mac).

Soaps’ longest real-life duo, Bill Hayes (Doug) and Susan Seaforth Hayes (Julie), fell in love on DAYS and tied the knot on October 12, 1974. “I wanted to have a happy marriage more than anything else on Earth and I got it,” Seaforth Hayes beamed to Digest in 2013. “I’m honored that people think of me as Julie Olson Banning Williams, but Mrs. Hayes is the title I want to be remembered for.”
