Melody Thomas Scott Celebrates 40 Years As Y&R’s Nikki

B&B’s Executive Producer/Head Writer, Bradley Bell, whose parents created Y&R, gave a speech.

Scott was surrounded by her on-screen family, Amelia Heinle (Victoria), Eric Braeden (Victor) and Joshua Morrow (Nick). "Through trials and tribulations our love has endured, our bonds have become stronger than ever!! And to think it all started in a strip club!! Happy 40th Anniversary to Mel!,” Braeden extolled on Instagram.  

Scott was flanked by her castmates.

The actress’s husband, Ed Scott, who is B&B’s producer, spoke at the celebration.

Bryton James (Devon) and Michael Graziadei (ex-Daniel) caught up. James tweeted, "Congratulations @MelodyThomasSco on 40 years of bringing Nikki Newman to life!! & Thank you for being such an amazing teacher & example to me from the beginning. All my love! @YandR_CBS @CBSDaytime"
