In 1990, Michael Sabatino (pictured with Melissa Reeves as Jennifer Horton) made his Days of Our Lives debut as Lawrence Alamain. The character remained in Salem until 1993, and returned in 2009 for a brief stint (that saw him die at the hands of his ex, Carly Manning). Landing the DAYS gig proved significant to Sabatino in more ways than one; it was there that he met his wife, Crystal Chappell, who played Carly.
