Will Spencer on Bold and Beautiful — Everything You Need To Know
Little Will Spencer on Bold and Beautiful is all grown up now. That’s because Crew Morrow — yes, the son of Young and Restless star Joshua Morrow (Nick) — stepped into the role of Bill and Katie’s son on Aug. 1, 2024. He took over for child actor Finnegan George, who played Will from August 2018 until January 2020. Previously, the role of Katie’s little boy on B&B was played by Zane Achor, Heather Tom’s (Katie) real-life son with husband James Achor.
Katie Logan and Bill Spencer were happily married when she became pregnant, but she nearly died delivering her son because her heart — transplanted from her late brother, Storm Logan — was so weak. Following the difficult birth, Katie experienced postpartum depression and briefly abandoned her son. She then nearly died again when she stopped taking her anti-rejection medication. When Katie and Bill eventually split up, Will was a the center of a bitter custody battle.
Will was too young to understand why his mother was spending so much time with his half-brother, Wyatt Spencer, but once he was a little older, he knew that his father was ignoring him to spend time with Steffy Forrester. Bill didn’t even fight when Katie filed for sole custody of their son. Later, Will was okay when Katie married Thorne Forrester, but also began repairing his relationship with Bill.

After Katie and Thorne divorced, Will wanted his parents back together and even stole his father’s credit card to pay for some expensive dates for them. Thankfully, when Bill and Katie found out, they thought it was cute and didn’t punish him too badly. Will was concerned when his mother experienced kidney failure, but thankfully, a donor was found in time, and Will’s was the first face Katie saw when she woke up from surgery. The boy was also present at Bill’s office at Spencer Publications when the family met with Flo Fulton to express their gratitude for donating her kidney.
In July 2020, Bill and Katie tried to work things out but eventually decided they needed to tell Will that they were separating again (though it happened off camera). Will wasn’t seen for a few years, though it was mentioned that he was away at boarding school. Finally, in August 2024, Will came home to walk in on his father with Poppy Nozawa and struggled to accept the new woman in Bill’s life… and the fact that their daughter, Luna Nozawa, was his sister! Will was much happier to reunite with his mother and opted to live with Katie rather than at his father’s. Like his mother, Will was suspicious of how conveniently Poppy and Luna had become part of the Spencer family, but felt bad for his dad when it turned out that Luna had faked the paternity test and the whole thing was a scam.

Will also opted to work as an intern at Forrester with his mother instead of for his father at Spencer Publications, though the abundance of pretty models did help influence his decision! He quickly became smitten with Electra Forrester, who was hired as an assistant on the revived jewelry line, though he was also concerned about her reluctance to talk about herself and her past. They shared their first kiss, but Will was wary when she introduced him to her old friend, Remy Price, who had recently moved to Los Angeles. His instincts turned out to be right, and Will had to rescue Electra from Remy, who was revealed to be the stalker who had ruined her reputation with fake naked photos he’d created with AI.
The next obstacle to their happiness came from Luna, who became obsessed with Will after being released from prison into house arrest at Bill’s. She made no secret of her feelings for him or the fact that she was willing to give him what Electra was reluctant to, namely, sex. Will turned her down flat, but when Luna’s threats against Steffy and the family grew more intense, he offered to wear a wire and try to trick her into a confession. Claiming he’d dumped Electra, Will insisted that he wanted Luna, but she figured out what he was up to and pulled a gun on him. After Luna let him go, Will and Electra were relieved when the psycho was shot dead while attempting to kill Steffy.
Will and Electra continued growing closer, and she let him know that she was ready to finally make love for the first time. To celebrate Will’s promotion to a full-time position, Forrester threw a party at Il Giardino, where Will got seriously drunk, not realizing that a very much alive Luna was playing bartender and serving him high-octane liquor all night. Not wanting their first time to be when he was wasted, Electra said goodnight, and Deacon insisted Will sleep it off upstairs.
