VICTORIA ROWELL LAWSUIT DISMISSED
The lawsuit filed by Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla, Y&R) that alleges she was not rehired by the show because she spoke out for more diversity in front of and behind the camera was dismissed, reports Deadline.com. Although U.S. District Judge John Kronstadt shot down the claim, it’s not completely over. “Plaintiff’s first and second causes of action for failure to rehire on Y&R are dismissed, with leave to amend, if Plaintiff can do so in good faith and in conformance with the analysis in this Order,” he stated.
