TUNE-IN ALERT

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Video: ‘This Man Needs To Disappear’

Comments

The Young and Restless spoilers video for the week of January 19 previews some plans causing some intense confrontations, starting with Billy (Jason Thompson) defending his actions to Jack (Peter Bergman). “I’m not taking advantage of anyone,” he insists to his brother. But Jack booms, “It sure as hell seems that way to me!” Are the siblings feuding over the future of Chancellor?

Action/Reaction

Chancellor being the source of the brothers’ discord seems likely, as Cane (Billy Flynn) has offered Chancellor to Billy so as to put the business under family control once he has finalized his takeover of Newman, which has been decimated by his AI program. “Newman Enterprises and its subsidiaries are essentially ours,” Cane informs Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). “Now we just need to yank off the bandage and take control of the company.” At that moment, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) barges into the office to declare, “Over my dead body!” But is there anything she can do to save her family’s legacy from Cane and Phyllis’s takeover?

Noah (Lucas Adams) was shocked to find that Nick (Joshua Morrow) had taken Matt (Roger Howarth) out of the Abbotts’ custody to deal with the psycho himself, and now Noah can’t help but be concerned about what his father is up to. “Dad, Matt Clark is lying unconscious in the trunk of your car,” Noah says. “Of course I’m gonna worry about it.”

Nick had already said he wasn’t going to turn Matt in to the cops because he didn’t want the villain escaping their custody or worse, finding a way to avoid facing justice for his crimes. “Are you gonna kill him?” Noah asks, unaware that Sienna (Tamara Braun) has also woken up and is listening in to their entire conversation. “This man needs to disappear,” Nick insists. “And there isn’t anyone who’s gonna talk me out of that.”
