The Young and the Restless Spoilers Video: ‘I Was Wondering If You Had the Guts to Show Up’

Comments

The Young and Restless spoilers video for the week of December 29 previews a new romance taking its first tentative steps, a former relationship making another move towards reconciliation, and an old rivalry primed to explode in new and dangerous ways!

The Best Laid Plans

Now that Kyle (Michael Mealor) has set her free, Claire (Hayley Erin) finds herself approached again by Holden (Nathan Owens), who is interested in trying to see if the chemistry they shared when they slept together in Los Angeles could be enough to sustain an actual relationship. “You think we could have a real date?” he asks her in the park. “Maybe even… I don’t know… we ring in the new year together.” Claire smiles and responds, “I think that could be arranged… under one condition.” But what might she ask for in return?

Cane (Billy Flynn) informs Lily (Christel Khalil) that he would be happy to change his plans for the evening. “I was just gonna spend New Year’s Eve alone,” he shares. But looking into his ex-wife’s eyes, he adds, “There’s no one else I’d rather be with.” However, given that the last time Lily saw Cane, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) was all over him, will she take him up on his invitation?

There’s another pair meeting in the park as 2025 winds to a close, but there’s definitely no romance involved! “I was wondering if you had the guts to show up,” Nick (Joshua Morrow) spits as he turns away from the railing. Walking towards his longtime nemesis, Matt (Roger Howarth) grins wickedly. “Oh, I wouldn’t miss this little party for all the world,” he taunts. Nick may have called this meeting, but does Matt think he’s got the upper hand?
