NEW DEVELOPMENT IN ABC/PP LAWSUIT
Deadline.com reports that a judge has denied ABC's motion to strike a component of Prospect Park's amended complaint against the network (in which PP requested an extension for its license to AMC and OLTL and to be excused from its payment for the license).
