Josh was happy to find Reva at Outskirts. Billy was less pleased about the situation and left. Josh shared Shayne’s latest e-mail with Reva in an effort to remind her that even with all that was going on with Jonathan, there were still good things about parenting. Reva accidentally tossed her drink at an irate customer. Josh tried to diffuse the situation, but Reva refused to back down. When the customer called Josh an “old man,” Lewis flipped and punched him, then split with Reva. Josh huffed that running from a large biker wasn’t fun, but Reva believed it was and got Josh to admit that he liked it when things were “stirred up.” Reva wondered if Josh was happy. He explained he wasn’t unhappy, but he wasn’t exactly happy, either. Josh invited Reva to eat with him, and she agreed.

Meanwhile, Billy nearly took a drink. Then he encountered Josh’s lawyer. The legal eagle announced that things must be looking up for Josh and Reva, since Josh never called for the divorce papers that had been drawn up (nice attorney/client privilege there!). Billy offered to deliver the documents, explaining that Josh would need them soon. When Reva and Josh strolled into Company, Billy handed the papers to Josh, who tried to explain things to Reva, but she spat that Josh should “Explain it to the judge!” and stormed out.

Gus and Harley went to look at their (still unfinished!) house with the boys. Zach pouted when Harley announced her intention to return to work. Gus secretly popped pills. While the children played, Harley fretted about how hard things had been for the children since Gus’s disappearance. Harley wanted to quit her job at Spaulding and let Dinah run the company so she could spend more time with her husband and kids. She rushed off to prepare for a special board meeting that evening to announce her resignation and arrange a board vote for her successor.

Meanwhile, in Alan-Michael’s room, Marina got out of bed and A-M took a call from Alan. He assured his father that Gus didn’t know their plans for Spaulding. When Marina returned, he deflected her questions about the call and kissed her. She stopped the make-out session to care for Harley’s kids. Harley phoned to alert Alan-Michael that she was calling a special board meeting to determine her replacement. A-M met with Alan and filled in his dad. Alan-Michael believed he was a lock to become CEO of Spaulding, but Alan was more reticent. Beth sauntered up, gloating that she would be the deciding vote. Marina found Gus at the house site and learned that Harley had taken the children to Rick’s home. Gus told Marina that Harley was stepping down. Marina insisted that Alan-Michael was a good person — he had even given Gus’s note to Harley. What note? Gus wondered. Marina broke into Alan-Michael’s room and discovered several copies of Gus’s farewell letter.

Dinah mulled over Mallet’s confession of infidelity. Mallet wondered if Dinah could still work for Harley. She was disappointed that after all her hard work, she couldn’t keep the top job. Harley knocked at the door, and Dinah urged her rival/friend to take a seat. “I kept the bed warm for you,” Dinah snarked. Harley explained that she was resigning, effective immediately, and wanted Dinah to take her place. Dinah and Mallet celebrated. At the board meeting, Harley announced that she was stepping down and pitched Dinah to be her replacement. The voting began, with Alex casting hers for Alan-Michael. Marina interrupted and made an announcement: Alan-Michael wasn’t the good person he appeared to be. He had forged Gus’s farewell note!
