GH’s Bradford Anderson On His Spinelli Comeback

Comments

Bradford Anderson was especially delighted to step back into the role of GH’s Spinelli this week because the last time he was poised to return, a last-minute scheduling conflict (he booked an episode of HOMELAND) forced the show to recast the part with Blake Berris (ex-Nick, DAYS). “The situation that happened last December has stayed with me,” the actor states. “I hated the fact that I made life harder for my friends at GH.” So, when Executive Producer Frank Valentini reached out to him to invite him back, “I felt a mixture of excitement and relief because in truth, I didn’t know if they’d ever call again, because I put them in a really tough position.” His experience at the studio was a positive one. “To walk back in there and have it still feel like home was an intense relief…. If there were hard feelings, I didn’t feel them. Everyone was so sweet.” For the full scoop from the actor, check out the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, on sale today.
