Congratulations are in order for Jason Thompson (Patrick, GH), who tied the knot with longtime love Paloma Jonas on Sunday, April 5 in San Pancho, Mexico. "We're having fun with it," Thompson told Digest of the wedding-planning. The duo got engaged in 2014.
