Elena Tovar (ex-Rosalie, GH) has been cast as Isabel in the third season of DESIGNATED SURVIVOR. Isabel is the White House Director of Social Innovation. Tovar was most recently appeared on DYNASTY as Iris Machado. DESIGNATED SURVIVOR will air on Netflix with the third season bowing in 2019.
