General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘I Know My Dad is Innocent!’
The General Hospital spoilers video for Friday, July 3, previews some dramatic declarations across Port Charles. The action starts at the PCPD, where Molly (Kristen Vaganos) is shown cautioning Charlotte (Bluesy Burke), and presumably Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), “You go off script, you could end up getting yourselves in a lot more trouble.” What “script” are the teens enacting, to whom and for what reason?!
Secrets and Lies
At least one of those questions is answered when the action moves from the PCPD bullpen to the interrogation room. Sitting at a desk, an impassioned Danny insists to someone, “I know my dad is innocent!” Who is he speaking to about Jason … and is he going to reveal what he knows about Rocco (Finn Carr) in order to try to exonerate him?
Lulu (Alexa Havins) is shown next, back in Port Charles after she and Dante went to Tortola to bring Rocco home. While you’d think she’d be celebrating, she looks extremely upset. Dazed, her eyes are filled with tears as she proclaims, “I guess the real proof is me.” What has her so out of sorts, and what proof is she talking about?
The action then shifts back to the PCPD — specifically, the cell where Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is being held. Her mom, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) is paying her a visit, but their reunion appears to be more than a little tense — which makes sense, given that this is the first time Obrecht is seeing Britt since learning about her collusion with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), an unholy alliance that saw Britt concealing the truth about “Nathan” (Ryan Paevey) from her. It looks like Obrecht plans to address that betrayal, as Britt’s eyes flood with concern as Obrecht declares, “We both know that’s not the only reason you kept quiet.”
Rocco and Dante are also in conflict. Dante is shown telling Rocco, “I’m trying to protect her,” while Rocco shoots back, “From what?” How much will Dante disclose about the steps he’s taking?
Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) is at the hospital, frantic for an update on Josslyn (Eden McCoy) after her shooting. “Why won’t they let me in to see her?” she demands of Lucas (Van Hansis). Is it a good sign or a bad one that doctors are keeping Carly away from her daughter?
