Keep reading for the full rundown!
Clothes Encounter
Michael took Jacinda to the gatehouse to hang out. Discussing Charlotte’s internship at Crimson, Jacinda confided that she felt protective of Charlotte, seeing a lot of her younger self in the teen and not wanting her to make the same mistakes she had. Opening up about her past, Jacinda told Michael that her parents cut her off when she’d gotten involved with an older man, and that’s how she eventually ended up becoming an escort. Jacinda mused that she had been bitter when she’d first met Michael, but he’d shown her that amazing things could still happen. Returning the sentiment, Michael said that he’d been in a bad place when he’d met her, but she changed his life around. The couple then made love in front of the fireplace in the gatehouse’s living room.
Afterwards, as they cuddled on the floor under a blanket, Jacinda’s phone pinged, so she walked across the room to check the alert. It was a work message, which she said she’d deal with later. But before a naked Jacinda could return to Michael and the blanket, Olivia barged into the gatehouse and caught them. Once Michael and Jacinda got dressed, they helped her find Leo’s retainer, and she reprimanded them for their carelessness, since Leo or even Wiley could have been the one to walk in on them. Scoffing when Michael said they’d lock the door next time, Olivia told him to seriously think about what had nearly happened.

All I Need
Cody surprised Molly with a large gift basket. The sweet gesture prompted her to tell him that her advanced case of endometriosis meant she couldn’t have children. Molly assumed that he’d want to end things with her, but Cody surprised her when he professed that having biological children wasn’t more important to him than being with her. Molly wondered if he was saying that to spare her feelings, so Cody clarified that he wouldn’t be unhappy if he became a dad someday, but he never yearned for fatherhood and didn’t need to have biological children. Still afraid to believe what he was saying, Molly fought back tears as she told him that she didn’t want to adopt or go through surrogacy again. Cody declared that she was enough for him and Molly kissed him. Ever the supportive boyfriend, he added that he wished she’d told him sooner so he could have helped her through her pain. As they settled in on the couch to watch a movie, Cody surprised Molly by requesting Sense & Sensibility, wanting to know if the adaptation did justice to the book he’d just read with his book club.

Here Comes Trouble
Ezra interrupted Laura at the mayor’s office for a status check on the zoning ordinance Sidwell wanted for his helicopters. She told him she’d quietly placed a public notice, and that if there were no objections from residents within the next five days, the ordinance would go through. Laura groused that the move was sneaky and deceptive. Telling Laura that he sympathized with her, Ezra explained that he hadn’t always been corrupt, but by the time he realized how far in he was with Sidwell, it was too late. So, like her, he was stuck. Their conversation ended when Martin showed up. After sparring with Ezra over bothering his sister, he invited Laura to dinner, but she was too busy to take a break. Just as the men were getting ready to exit, Tracy entered with a bone to pick with Laura. She’d been thrown off of Hades while out for a ride when the horse got spooked by an SRE Worldwide helicopter flying overhead. She’d thought her neighborhood was a residential no-fly zone, but learned after a call to her attorney that Laura was behind a new zoning ordinance in the works.
Martin and Ezra observed the squabble between the women as Laura explained that SRE Worldwide had promised to fund several local projects in exchange for flying helicopters over that neighborhood. Tracy called her out for accepting a bribe from Sidwell. When Martin jumped to his sister’s defense and declared Tracy too entitled to make a sacrifice for the greater good, Tracy accused him of being involved in so much fraud that he couldn’t tell how corrupt the deal was. After informing Laura that she’d be calling her good friend, Judge Golden, the next morning (to get an injunction to stop the ordinance), Laura shared a worried look with Ezra. After Tracy left, Martin told his sister not to worry about it because he was sure the judge would see there was no basis for the injunction. Laura then asked him to leave so she and Ezra could strategize about the situation. Once they were alone, Ezra stressed that Sidwell was going to be very unhappy if Tracy got her way, but Laura shot back that she was beginning to care less and less about Sidwell’s happiness.

Farewell Tour
Jason dropped by Sonny’s to let him know that he and Britt would be leaving town within the next few days. Sonny was concerned that Cullum would hunt them down if Britt failed to deliver the final project, but Jason stated that he would eliminate the WSB director on his way out of town, just as they’d planned. Sonny offered to have someone else do the job so Jason could focus on Britt, but Jason insisted he knew the man’s schedule and was the best person for the job. Sonny mused that, with Cullum out of the picture and not around to run interference for Sidwell and the WSB, Jenz might then be too busy to continue blackmailing him and Laura — as long as the hit couldn’t be traced back to him. When Jason wondered if they could pin it on Brennan (therefore taking the heat off of Sonny), Sonny advised him to make sure it was a clean hit, or Jason would spend the rest of his life in prison for killing a WSB agent.
Jason said that he understood the stakes, but the risk was worth it to protect the people they loved. As Jason prepared to leave, he said he expected to be gone for about a month or two, depending on how long it took Brick to replicate Britt’s medication, and he didn’t want to think about what would happen if Brick couldn’t do it. He also apologized for not being around to help Sonny get rid of Sidwell, and the friends reminded one another that they’d always be there if the other ever needed them.

Knowledge is Power
At the nail salon, Portia demanded to know if Curtis was aware Jordan was pregnant. Refusing to give a direct answer, Jordan said it was none of her business. Calling the other woman a hypocrite, Portia declared she wouldn’t blab to Curtis — the way Jordan had done to her — and stormed out. A furious Portia went to her office, where Isaiah was waiting for her. Filling him in on her run-in, Portia said she was tempted to tell Curtis about Jordan’s supposed pregnancy but didn’t want to stir up any unnecessary drama since things between them had finally gotten to a good place.
When Isaiah asked how she felt about Curtis and Jordan having a baby, Portia assured him that she wasn’t jealous, but rather annoyed by Jordan’s hypocrisy after the way the other woman had judged her. Isaiah mused that maybe Jordan hadn’t told Curtis about the baby yet because the pregnancy was unplanned, and Portia wondered if Jordan wasn’t planning to keep the baby since the pregnancy was high-risk. Isaiah questioned whether Jordan planned to tell Curtis at all, since she was good at keeping secrets.

Meanwhile, at Jordan’s condo, Stella found the pregnancy test box in Jordan’s purse while looking for a pen and paper to write Jordan a message. When Curtis asked if she had found what she was looking for, she hid the box, told her nephew she’d follow up with Jordan herself, and quickly left. Trina stopped by next and told her dad that she and Portia had run into Jordan at the nail salon. The encounter had been civil, since she was doing her best to accept her parents’ respective new relationships. Curtis then told her that he’d be moving in with Jordan and was relieved when Trina was supportive. Next, they discussed the baby on the way and how they’d both missed out on spending the early years of Trina’s life together. Trina confided that she was jealous that her younger sibling would have that experience, and that she’d have to share the baby with Curtis. Her dad promised he had enough love for both his children.
Back at the nail salon, Jordan got a call from Stella, telling her to meet at G.H. Once she got there, Stella told her she had found the test kit while looking for a pen and paper in her bag to write a note. Relieved that Stella hadn’t said anything to Curtis, Jordan pointed out that the box was unused, and she hadn’t yet mentioned it to Curtis because she wasn’t sure if it was necessary. When Jordan added that because of her single kidney, a pregnancy would be high-risk to her and the baby, Stella asked if she was considering terminating. Jordan confided that she wasn’t sure, which was part of why she’d put off taking the test. And while she didn’t want to keep secrets from Curtis if she was pregnant, she hoped he’d understand if she opted to end the pregnancy. Stella advised her to take the test so she’d know, one way or the other. While Stella waited, Jordan went to the hospital pharmacy to get another kit to take the test. When she finally returned, Jordan raised an eyebrow when Stella asked what the result was.
