Here’s how it all went down.
Phone A Friend
Laura asked Alexis to stop by her office to pick her brain about Willow, who she needed to ask for a favor. Alexis suggested that, as Willow’s priority was her kids, Laura could appeal to her as a fellow mother.
Nina arrived at Willow’s office to talk, but Willow was anxious to get to the hospital to keep Jack incapacitated, noting that if he woke up and said anything about the injection, people would start asking questions about Drew’s similar symptoms. Worried it would be suspicious if Willow visited Jack in the hospital, Nina offered to take care of it herself. Willow handed over the syringe, and Nina got it into her purse just as Laura — fresh from getting tips from Alexis about how best to approach Willow for a favor — knocked on the door.
Nina excused herself, and Laura explained the situation with Anna, asking if Willow could use her influence as a congresswoman to help get her transferred from prison to a private mental health facility. Willow agreed to help, citing the role Anna had played in rescuing Obrecht from Greenland during Willow’s battle with leukemia, and made a call on Anna’s behalf.

The Great Escape
At Wyndemere, Cullum grabbed Danny and accused him and Charlotte of trespassing. He demanded that Danny tell him what he knew about his father, Jason, shooting him, and was forcing the teens through the front hall when Sidwell and Ava opened the front door. Cullum pretended not to know Sidwell, introducing himself as a WSB director who needed to ask him some questions. Sidwell wondered what the teens were doing in his home, and Charlotte lied that she’d wanted to show Danny around the place where she used to live. Cullum wanted to take the intruders into custody, but left after Ava and Sidwell nixed the idea.

Alexis arrived on Spoon Island, having been tipped off about Danny’s predicament by Ava, and apologized on Charlotte and Danny’s behalf. Alexis spoke of what Danny went through the night Jason was apprehended by the WSB, and the timeline she described made Sidwell realize that Cullum was wrong — Danny couldn’t be the shooter. Before heading out with the teens, Alexis asked Ava for help tracking down the family of Delilah Wilson. She showed Ava a photo of Delilah’s tattoo, and Ava recognized it.

Change of Plans
Carly called Valentin “reckless and stupid” for wanting to go to France and break Anna out of the mental health facility where she was being held. She tried to talk him out of it, but he was insistent that he could get through to Anna and clear up her delusions about Faison. Carly also pointed out how Valentin leaving town would delay their plan to take down Sidwell and Cullum, as well as locate Josslyn. Valentin maintained that Jack had sent Joss somewhere safe, but Carly wasn’t convinced and bitterly declared that they weren’t acting as a team anymore. He argued she would do the same to rescue Jason, but Carly countered that while she loved Jason, she wasn’t in love with him, adding, “You’re in love with Anna.” Before Valentin could respond to that, Danny and Charlotte rushed in to report how Cullum and Sidwell were forcing Britt to work for them. Danny wanted to go to the police, but Valentin declared he was going to shut down this project himself.

Missing in Action
At Lulu’s, Ethan found his sister packing a bag in case she and Rocco had to skip town and disappear. When he asked how he could help, Lulu noted he sounded just like their father, Luke. Ethan offered to come along, but she asked him instead to help get fake passports for her and Rocco. Since Lulu didn’t want to take Charlotte, Ethan promised to keep an eye on his niece.

Gio reported to Dante that Rocco was worried that Danny and Charlotte were going to do something stupid and expressed his concern that Rocco wasn’t in a good place. Dante admitted he knew what was going on with Rocco, but didn’t go into detail. After failing to contact his son, he told Gio they had to go find his brother.
Dante called Lulu and asked her to stay at the house in case Rocco came home while he went looking for him. After hanging up, Lulu admitted to Ethan that Dante wasn’t aware of her plan to take their son on the run. As they headed to the Quartermaine mansion, Gio and Dante bonded over the classical music playing in the car. Gio felt bad about betraying his brother’s confidence, but Dante assured him he was doing the right thing.

Lost and Found
In her office at the hospital, Britt tried to reassure Rocco that Sidwell wouldn’t do anything to harm Danny or Charlotte. Unable to calm him, Britt reached the conclusion that the only way to fix everything was for her to leave town; if Cullum and Sidwell didn’t have anyone to finish their prototype, the villains would have no reason to stay in Port Charles. Rocco suggested she just finish the project so they’d leave her alone, but she didn’t want to give them what they were after.
Britt explained that she’ agreed to work on Faison’s project in exchange for medicine to keep her Huntington’s in check, and Rocco quickly realized that if she left town, she’d die. He insisted there had to be another way and didn’t want to lose her, but Britt reminded him he still had his family to help him through this. They embraced and exchanged “I love you’s.”
As they headed out of her office, Cullum spied on them from around a corner in the hospital corridor, his wheels turning at the sight of Rocco and Britt together. Dante and Gio arrived and took Rocco home, with Rocco storming upstairs after rebuffing Gio’s attempt to apologize for betraying his confidence. intercepted them and took Rocco home. Back at the hospital, Britt booked a one-way flight to Berlin. Meanwhile, Sidwell called Cullum to tell him Danny had an alibi for the shooting, and Cullum darkly replied that he’d figured out who really shot him!

Take a Stab at It
