General Hospital: Josh Swickard and Wife Lauren Welcome Their Third Child
General Hospital star Josh Swickard (Chase) and his wife, Lauren, have expanded their family! The couple welcomed their third child, a nine-pound, 14-ounce baby boy that they named Noah.

The actor and his wife shared a joint Instagram post featuring a family photo of them with baby Noah and their two older children, daughter Savannah (born April 2, 2021) and Arthur (born February 26, 2023). The carousel they posted also included a shot of Savannah and Arthur with their new baby brother, several photos of Lauren cuddling the infant, and one of Noah dressed to impress with a onesie with “little brother” embroidered on it and a hat emblazoned with his name on the brim.
“We would like to introduce y’all to sweet baby Noah!!!” Swickard announced. “We are still processing his unique and beautiful story of how he came into the world, and plan to share more soon. For now, I’m proud to share that Lauren pushed a nine-pound, 14-ounce baby out naturally with no interventions at all. I have no words for the level of love and admiration I have for her. The Lord has big plans for our little Noah, we can’t wait to watch him grow into the young man he’s destined to be!”
Swickard, who has been playing Harrison Chase on GH since 2018, tied the knot with Lauren in 2019. The couple originally met on the set of the movie Roped, where she played his love interest, and went on to work together in the Netflix film A California Christmas and its sequel, A California Christmas: City Lights. In 2023, Lauren briefly appeared on GH as Janice, a nurse working at Ferncliff.
The couple announced that they were expecting in a joint Instagram post on January 4, sharing an “exciting New Year’s update from the Swickard fam.” The accompanying video showed the family enjoying the farm where they reside, Lauren showing off her baby bump, dancing with a positive pregnancy test, and more.
The comments on the Swickards’ post quickly began filling with congratulations from friends and fans, including some of his GH co-stars. Katelyn MacMullen (Willow) commented, “CUTIES!!!! ❤️❤️❤️” “Baby Noah!!!” enthused Tabyana Ali (Trina). Parry Shen (Brad) wrote, “Beautiful! Congratulations!” Rory Gibson (Michael) and Michelle Stafford (ex-Nina; Phyllis, Young and Restless) also commented with heart emojis, and Sawandi Wilson (Isaiah), Jonathan Bennett (Joe), and Ingo Rademacher (ex-Jax) offered their congratulations. Days of Our Lives star Carson Boatman (Johnny) added, “Huge congrats, man! Beautiful family.”
