Cat’s Out of the Bag
The action in this Days of Our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of May 5 opens with Chad bringing his brother EJ into a hug as the painting of their father Stefano looms overhead on the wall. “Why are you going on a date with Cat Greene?” Chad asks, taking EJ by surprise. EJ gives him a look of surprise before he asks, “Do you have feelings for this woman?” The scene switches to Chad and Cat smiling at each other.
The Write Stuff
In the next scene, Stephanie is sleeping in bed as Alex lies next to her, reading the book she wrote. “One Stormy Night is a best seller waiting to happen. I want Titan-DiMera to publish it,” he says, taking Stephanie by surprise. Will she agree to let him to do it?
Clock Is Ticking
In Horton Town Square, Xander and Sarah are enjoying sitting on a bench and having a bite to eat when things seem to go horribly wrong. Sarah says, “It tastes different.” She quickly starts reacting to the food as Xander begins to panic. “Sarah?! Someone call 911,” he frantically yells while she can’t stop coughing and choking. Then she doubles over.
Wheeling and Dealing
EJ is home from the hospital but he isn’t taking things easy. Instead, he is talking with Dr. Jeffrey Russell. He tells the doc, who is working on an experimental drug to cure sepsis, the same thing Bo Brady is suffering from at the moment. EJ says, “The hospital is about to find itself a new bank-roller.” The doctor asks, “Who would that be, exactly?” EJ answers, “Why, you’re looking at him.”
To The Rescue
At the Brady Pub, Steve and Shawn are conspiring to save a life. “Shawn, if we’re going to save your dad, bring Kayla in on this,” advises Steve. At her office at the hospital, Kayla warns Steve, “If you steal that drug to save my brother’s life, you need to do it now.”
