BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL’s Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter) and wife Shay welcomed their first child, a son, into the world. Posting on social media on September 1, Saint-Victor stated, “Today I celebrate 11 years of marriage with the love of my life, and this year on 8/21/18 I received the most precious gift I could ever ask for.
