MELROSE PLACE alum Vanessa Williams (ex-Rhonda) has been cast on DAYS as Valerie Grant, a doctor with long-ago ties to Salem, and first airs on October 25. The character was last seen in 1982. Look for her to cross paths with her ex, Abe (James Reynolds), and his son, Theo (Kyler Pettis).
