Prospect Park Back In The Soap Mix

Comments

Deadline.com is reporting that Prospect Park, which in November 2011 shelved its planned relaunch of AMC and OLTL online, is hoping to move forward with production of both shows in 2013. The company cited its inability to come to terms with the various unions involved (SAG-AFTRA, DGA and WGA) as the reason it was forced to abandon its efforts, but according to Deadline's item, deals have now been struck with both SAG-AFTRA and DGA (though not yet the WGA). PP currently holds the licensing rights to both AMC and OLTL, but have allowed GH to incorporate several familiar faces from Llanview, including Michael Easton (John), who had previously signed on with PP to bring his character online. Deadline also indicated that PP is in talks with former AMC and OLTL actors about resurrecting their roles.
