Is Billy Miller (ex-Billy, Y&R) set to become the latest high-watt star snagged by GH? According to a tweet by TV Guide's Michael Logan, the actor may soon join the Port Charles ranks. "Billy Miller. General Hospital. Done deal? This is what I'm hearing," he wrote.
