Plus, Steve (Stephen Nichols) is a bit of a third wheel for Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein), Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) aren’t on the same page, Holly (Ashley Puzemis) tries to brighten Tate’s (Leo Howard) day, and Rachel (Alice Halsey) and Sophia (Rachel Boyd) bond at the hospital. Nothing good can come of that! Stephanie looks pretty excited about a Christmas ornament she got, but aside from that mistletoe, their apartment isn't yet decorated for the holidays. So they'll have to get on that, and put up a tree before they can hang the ornament!

Unfortunately, Stephanie's homecoming is spoiled by Steve's (Stephen Nichols) arrival, and he's got some things to discuss with his daughter and her beau. Does he just want to welcome her home, or might he have new information on her potential stalker?

Next, Alex opens the door to Holly (Ashley Puzemis), and Stephanie's new intern has a bundle of letters to share. Is all that fan mail from the same person?

Alex was able to dismiss one crank letter, but if these are all coming from the same "fan," things are definitely taking a turn for the frightening. Hopefully, Steve can put his P.I. skills to good use and uncover this person's identity before they manage to hurt Stephanie.

The pair seems to be having a spirited conversation, and Cat is putting on a good act, given that she suspects EJ of abducting his relatives. And if EJ's actually behind the DiMera kidnappings, he's also a pretty good actor!
