On the Wednesday, July 16 episode of Days of Our Lives, spoilers tease that Stephanie (Abigail Klein) gets a lovely surprise courtesy of Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), as Xander (Paul Telfer) struggles to juggle his CEO duties and a fussy Victoria. Also, Thomas (Cary Christopher) invites Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) to hang out with him and Chad (Billy Flynn). Lastly, Gwen (Emily O’Brien) shocks EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) when she announces that she wants to move into the DiMera mansion while Rafe (Galen Gering) fills in the blanks about EJ’s unsavory past to Cat.     Stephanie receives another surprise when she finds her mother, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), at the door delivering sweet goodies just for her. Stephanie has no idea that both her mother and father have read her steamy novel, while they have no idea she’s the one who has written it.

    Kayla is looking at the book online, but the author’s name doesn’t appear familiar to her. It looks like Alex has made sure Stephanie’s identity as the writer remains a secret known only to a small group that so far includes just him and Kate. Will Kayla be let in on that tidbit next, or will Stephanie continue to shun the spotlight?

    Xander (Paul Telfer) is trying to wheel and deal as the CEO of the combined Titan-DiMera company, but he’s also struggling with a fussy Victoria — ever since he snatched the tot away from her mother. Xander feared that Sarah’s vacation was really just an excuse to permanently steal their little girl away from him.
