On the Tuesday, July 15 episode of Days of Our Lives, spoilers tease that Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Ari (Marissa Reyes) are in big trouble, as Tate (Leo Howard) questions Doug III (Peyton Meyer) about Holly’s whereabouts. Also, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and Gwen (Emily O’Brien) update each other their lives, while EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) has a suggestion for Belle (Martha Madison). Lastly, Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) stay strong for each other. The two are supposed to meet, along with Ari, to head to the lake with their fellow high school graduates for some summer fun. Will Doug confide in Tate that he's the reason Holly is missing?

    Doug is worried sick about the two young women being held hostage, and because he hasn’t been able to pay his debt to Richie (Michael Masini), he decides to get rough with the kidnapper. Can Doug really do anything to make Richie change his mind about holding Holly and Ari against their will?

    Doug is desperate to get his hands on some money, and Gwen's (Emily O'Brien) necklace — or rather, the one that originally belonged to Julie Williams's grandmother Alice — will do nicely to get Richie off his back. He tracked Gwen down, determined to get that necklace from her by any means possible.

    At Marlena's town house, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) stops by to talk with Brady (Eric Martsolf). Are they discussing their traumatized daughter, Rachel, who may have to testify in court about witnessing her cousin Johnny point a gun at his father, EJ? Or are the two exes discussing something else?

    Belle (Martha Madison) and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) spend some alone time in bed. Will they be able to keep things as civil when they face each other in court on opposing sides of the same case? What is EJ up to? Because, as a DiMera, he always has a secret agenda.

    One DiMera without an agenda is Johnny (Carson Boatman). All he wants is to be free to love and care for his wife, Chanel (Raven Bowens). Both had issued threats to his father on the night EJ was shot — making them potential suspects. Luckily, they believe in each other and know they are both innocent of the actual shooting.

    Kristen welcomes Gwen back to the DiMera mansion, where the two catch up on what has been happening in each other's lives. Gwen is still family, after all, since she is married to Kristen's nephew, Dimitri — her sister Megan's son.

    Holly (Ashley Puzemis, l.) and Ari (Marissa Reyes) begin to realize they are in real trouble. Richie has spirited them away, but since Tate is expecting them, they have hope that their disappearances will be noticed rather quickly, and that perhaps help will soon be on the way.
