Young and Restless Spoilers Video Promo: ‘I’m Placing You Under House Arrest’

On the Hot Seat

The action in this Young and Restless spoilers preview for the week of July 21 opens in a train car in France, with Victor (Eric Braeden) and Chance (Conner Floyd) questioning Carter (Vincent Stalba). “Did Cane Ashby confide in you regarding his plan to murder Damian?” Victor asks Carter bluntly. “It is true I would do anything for Mr. Dumas, but I did not do what either of you think I did,” Carter tells the two men. Will either of the men believe what Cane’s assistant is telling them?

On the Edge

The scene switches to the maze, where Audra (Zuleyka Silver) speaks with Lily (Christel Khalil), who is sitting tensely nearby. “Did you hear that?’ Lily asks Audra as a strange noise echoes from within the maze. Startled, Lily jumps to her feet as both women go on alert, still shaken from Damian’s (Jermaine Rivers) murder. “Who’s there?” Audra asks. Will they learn what’s going on?

Fragile Trust

Amanda (Mishael Morgan) has been on edge — like everyone else — since Damian’s murder, and she’s unsure whether Cane’s (Billy Flynn) version of events is actually true. So when she finds him alone in his hidden office, his back turned to her, Amanda is uncertain what to make of the situation. “Cane, what are you doing?” Amanda asks. “I’m just trying to get this footage,” he says. “Please do not tell me that you are deleting evidence. That is absolutely the worst thing you could do right now,” Amanda warns her boss. Cane turns the tables on her when he says, “You know what’s funny? I was just about to come and ask you the same thing.”

On the Spot

Nick (Joshua Morrow) is inside his private train car when he opens the door to find Carter standing there — accompanied by a uniformed security guard. “What do you want?” Nick asks, eyeing them both cautiously. “I need you to come with me,” Carter replies evenly. “For Mr. Dumas’s safety — and the peace of mind of the rest of the guests — I’m placing you under house arrest.” Nick stares at him, stunned.
