Young and Restless Spoilers Video Promo: Cole Says It’s Time For ‘Our Good-byes’
Thinking Out Loud
The action in this Young and Restless spoilers preview for the week of June 30 opens with Cane’s (Billy Flynn) guests still stranded at his French estate. With so much time to think, Devon (Bryton James) comes up with a new theory about what is really going on. “Maybe he wanted to get us all here so we would scramble around trying to guess what he’s up to, when, in reality, he is just distracting us,” Devon hypothesizes out loud.
Cane’s lawyer, who just so happens to be Devon’s ex, Amanda (Mishael Morgan), reacts strongly to his suggestion. “Even if that was the case, and I knew all about it, why would I reveal any of that to you?” Amanda shoots back at him. She makes an excellent point — Devon is the last person for whom she would ever consider risking her career — let alone betraying her boss.
Pieces Come Together
Cane has returned to Genoa City and is meeting with someone at Crimson Lights.. That person is Holden (Nathan Owens) — the same “former” employee whom Cane had Damian (Jermaine Rivers) fire not too long ago. “I trust you managed to keep our little arrangement under the radar,” Cane says to Holden. “I promise you that no one suspects a thing,” Holden assures him.
Last Words?
Cole (J. Eddie Peck) is in his hospital bed, with his daughter, Claire (Hayley Erin), and the woman he loves, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), by his side. They are worried about him, and what he says next certainly isn’t going to put their minds at ease. “I needed to see you both again. I’m so glad that you made it back in time,” Cole tells them. Claire asks her father, “In time for what?” The response that comes next leaves them both stunned. “To say our good-byes,” Cole tells them quietly.
