ALL MY CHILDREN vets and real-life couple Kelly Ripa (ex-Hayley) and Mark Consuelos (ex-Mateo) are producing IT HAPPENED LIVE, a new docu-series about memorable live television flubs. Each episode will look at infamous moments that happened live on TV, including the 2017 Best Picture Oscars mix-up and Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction at the 2004 Super Bowl.
