Annie, much to her dismay, has been given a strict budget for the wedding she is planning for herself and Adam to take place in November. Perhaps she can steal a tip or two from these ceremonies that were conducted at the Chandler mansion.Adam (David Canary) wed Erica (Susan Lucci) at his mansion in 1984 … even though the cold-footed bride hid out in the attic before being coaxed down to the ceremony. In 1987, Tom (Richard Shoberg) was bummed that he couldn’t marry Skye (Robin Christopher) in a Catholic church, given his two previous divorces. At her suggestion, they held the ceremony at her dad’s estate.Stuart (Canary) and Cindy (Ellen Wheeler) wed in the Chandler parlor in 1988.Adam wed Dixie (Cady McClain) in the Chandler parlor — appropriately enough, given the tempestuousness of the marriage — during a terrible storm. In 1994, Adam arranged a vow renewal for himself and his wife of one year, Gloria (Teresa Blake). On the day of the ceremony, which was to take place in the Chandler ballroom, Gloria discovered that Adam had faked his own kidnapping to test her fidelity, so after Adam was done stating his own vows, she stood up before the guests and dumped her hubby. In 1996, Adam and Liza (then-Marcy Walker) threw a wedding for themselves at the mansion that was designed to make Brooke and Tad jealous. Liza was supposed to call it off at the last second. Instead, with dollar signs in her eyes, she decided to go through with the nups. In 2004, JR (Jacob Young) and Babe (Alexa Havins) staged a combo wedding for themselves/christening for their daughter, Bess … who was really Bianca’s daughter, Miranda.
In 2006, Adam and Krystal (Bobbie Eakes) renewed their vows on the Chandler terrace alongside his son, JR, and her daughter, Babe, who were remarrying themselves.
