According to The Daily Mail, Haley Pullos, who was arrested on a felony DUI charge following a major car accident last month, has entered a rehab facility in Malibu. While the type of treatment she is receiving and the projected length of her stay is unknown, she was taken to the facility by her father the same day that TMZ broke the news of her arrest.
