General Hospital’s Adrian Anchondo Confirms Romance With Days of Our Lives Star Colton Little
This holiday season was a special one for General Hospital star Adrian Anchondo (Marco) as he spent it vacationing with his boyfriend, actor Colton Little. Soap fans might recognize him as Andrew Donovan on Days of Our Lives. “This Christmas made my heart pop,” Anchondo wrote on Instagram as he shared a gallery of photos and videos. “Thank you, Puerto Rico and Florida.”
Two of a Kind
Anchondo’s post includes photos of the two enjoying the spectacular scenery, some delicious food, and, of course, the beaches, including a shot of a snowman made from sand instead of snow. The videos feature the pair taking in the sights, finding a sea urchin at the beach, enjoying local music, and taking shelter from a torrential downpour.
The two met back when Anchondo first landed the role of Marco Rios on GH in early 2025, and he reached out to Little for advice. “We knew each other through mutual friends,” the actor explained to Michael Fairman. “So I knew of him for a long time. I started asking Colton about what his experience was like on soaps and asked about SAG health insurance, etc. We met up one night and were hooked from then on.”
Little is best known to soap fans for taking over the role of Andrew Donovan on DAYS, which had previously been played by child actors. He made his first appearance in the 2022 spinoff mini-series Beyond Salem and has appeared sporadically on DAYS proper in the years that followed. In 2025, Andrew returned to Salem to marry Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) in June, and the couple visited again in November to attend the party celebrating the Tom Horton Free Clinic (which were also the episodes where the soap celebrated its 60th anniversary).
Little can also be seen in movies like My Best Friend’s Christmas, V/H/S/85, and A Biltmore Christmas, and has appeared in episodes of 9-1-1: Lone Star and NCIS: Origins. His IMDb page also lists two episodes in GH back in June 2021, when he had an uncredited role as a Metro Court bartender named Grant.
Before joining the cast of GH, Anchondo’s career included appearances in series like Looking, How to Get Away With Murder, Rebel, The Rookie, FBI: Most Wanted, and Law & Order: Organized Crime.
Though Anchondo went “Instagram Official” with his new beau on December 30, the couple could actually be seen together in a fun Instagram video posted on December 7 by Kelly Thiebaud (Britt) documenting a night out bowling with GH castmates that also included Van Hansis (Lucas), Rory Gibson (Michael), Katelyn MacMullen (Willow), Tanisha Harper (Jordan), Braedyn Bruner (Emma), and Giovanni Mazza (Gio).
