General Hospital Star Sawandi Wilson Shows Off His New Physique
Between starring as Isaiah Gannon on General Hospital and raising his newborn daughter, Sawandi Wilson is a busy man. But he has also managed to find some time for to prioritize his physical fitness, and shared his recent physical transformation in a new Instagram post complete with before-and-after photos.

Wilson and his wife, Anna Eillinsfeld, welcomed their daughter, Zelda, on August 10, and he shared in his post the changes he’s experienced in his life as a new father. “Newborn life= 3 hours of sleep at a time, MAX,” he said. “And a sweet tooth working overtime.”
However, the GH star explained that he has been trying to maintain a balance between all of the different aspects of his life. “These last few weeks have been about learning and relearning how to show up for my daughter and support my wife through postpartum recovery, while finding a little space to care for myself,” he wrote.
“Exhaustion brings out cravings,” Wilson continued. “So whenever there was room, I meal prepped like a maniac and squeezed in a workout. The habit that made the biggest difference? Meal prepping. Having food ready helped when my energy was gone and the sweets were calling. 🍪”
The actor also expressed his gratitude to GH co-star Cameron Mathison (Drew) for helping him achieve his goals. As he prioritizes his fitness, Wilson has been using the Health360 coaching service, which was created by Mathison in partnership with Vidal Coaching, which connects clients with coaches to aid them in reaching their health and fitness goals. Praised Wilson, “Special thank you to @cameronmathison for the support, guidance, and education. 🙏🏽”
In the comments, Mathison responded: “Brother. So so thrilled you are responding so unbelievably well to Health360 (Vidal) protocol. I want to post this too to show the people!!!”
Josh Swickard (Chase), who welcomed a baby boy, Noah, in June, and is also dad to 5-year-old Savannah and 3-year-old Arthur, also commented on Wilson’s transformation. “Duuuude!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥” he wrote. “You’ve inspired me.”
Wilson’s wife chimed in herself to add: “Looking amazing, as you always do🔥🔥🔥 proud of your hard work 😘”
