General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘You and I Are Gonna Honor Your Dad’
The General Hospital spoilers video for Friday, February 20, previews a very special episode as the soap pays tribute to the late Anthony Geary and his unforgettable character of Luke Spencer. The promo kicks things off as Lulu (Alexa Havins) picks a photo up off the floor of her home and sees that it’s of her late father, who passed away in late 2021.
In Loving Memory
Although Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Luke first got hitched while seriously drunk at a Las Vegas wedding chapel in 2005, they developed feelings and, over the years, found love with one another. And throughout all of her ups and downs with Luke, Tracy has always considered his daughter, Lulu, part of her family. Seeing how emotional she is, Tracy assures Lulu, “You and I are gonna honor your dad.” What might she have in mind?
From saving the world from the Cassadines to their unforgettable wedding ceremony and teaming up to take down the mob, Laura (Genie Francis) has decades of memories of Luke that she will always hold close to her heart. Sitting alone in the church, she recalls her late love and declares, “Luke, you never left me.”
Sonny (Maurice Benard) stops by Carly’s (Laura Wright) home, where they talk together in the kitchen, reminiscing about her brother. “Luke was more than my friend,” Sonny says, his voice thick with emotion. “He was my brother.”
The preview closes out with a shot of Lulu and Tracy standing behind the bar at the Brown Dog. They raise their glasses to toast to Luke’s memory before taking a drink.
