General Hospital Recap: Tracy Finds Monica’s Real Will, Sonny And Alexis Clash, Curtis Kisses Jordan
The Monday, November 3, episode of General Hospital was full of huge revelations! Tracy (Jane Elliot) found Monica’s authentic will and busted Ronnie (Erika Slezak) — who then outed Martin (Michael E. Knight) as the mastermind behind her faux inheritance. Meanwhile, Gio (Giovanni Mazza) finally acknowledged his familial ties, Sonny (Maurice Benard) gave Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) another suspect to consider in the case of Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting, and Portia (Brook Kerr) found Curtis (Donnell Turner) in a lip lock with Jordan (Tanisha Harper). To see how that all went down — and what else happened in the episode — keep on reading.
The Jig Is Up
As Michael looked on, Martin and Drew pressured Ronnie to sign the purchase contract transferring ownership of the Quartermaine estate to Drew. Having second thoughts, Ronnie stepped away to collect herself. Outback snagged the papers off the coffee table and ran off with the documents. Michael, Martin, and Ronnie smirked as Drew, with his cane, tried to hobble off in chase of the dog, but he didn’t get very far. Admonishing them for scaring Outback, Ronnie proposed that Martin print another copy, but neither the lawyer nor Drew wanted to wait for it to be certified and notarized.
Having heard the yelling, Brook Lynn and Chase then entered the living room, followed by Cody, who was looking for the dog. Drew ordered Cody to find Outback and the contract, or else he and the pooch would be out on the street. With Ned on her heels, Olivia stormed into the living room, demanding to know what the commotion was about. Ned asked if Drew was “master of the manor yet” and, upon hearing that Outback ran off with the paperwork, joked that the dog was good for something other than finishing Leo’s dinner. While Cody went searching for Outback, Ned told Drew and Martin to return tomorrow with revised papers, but Drew insisted that the deal be finalized tonight so he could claim his spot as the head of the Quartermaine family.
Despite Michael, Brook Lynn, and Ned’s claims that Drew was nothing more than an interloper — and Alan would have disowned him — Drew pushed back that every move he’d made was out of Edward’s playbook. Martin backed him up by stating that his client was Edward’s legacy as much as any of the rest of them, and Drew crowed that he only wished Tracy were there to see his victory. Cody returned with the crumpled paperwork, which Martin deemed intact enough for Drew’s signature to be valid. So, Drew placed the pen in Ronnie’s hand, once again urging her to sign the transfer of ownership.

Over at Lulu’s, Tracy found an envelope containing Monica’s authentic will in a box of Alan’s diplomas, which her sister-in-law had smartly hidden there, expecting subterfuge from Drew. With the envelope in hand, Tracy prepared to rush over to the mansion. “I’ve got this, Monica!” she yelled to the box of Alan’s diplomas as she walked out of Lulu’s house, adding as she stepped outside, “Buckle up, Ronnie, I’m coming for ya.” Arriving at the estate just in time to stop the transfer, Tracy yelled for everyone to stop what they were doing. Looking up towards the ceiling, Martin muttered about not being given just a few more minutes for the deal to close. Leaning over to get in Drew’s face as he sat on the coffee table, Tracy declared that the sale of the house was null and void. “That wasn’t Monica’s real will. This is!” she pronounced, waving the envelope in her hand.
The Proof Is In The Papers
Olivia and Brook Lynn told Tracy that Ronnie had torn up the papers because she couldn’t go through with it. Revealing that she’d found the actual will along with a letter from Monica in a box containing Alan’s diplomas, Tracy handed the envelope to Michael. Commenting that it was “convenient” that Tracy suddenly produced a will as the family house was being sold out from under her, Martin accused Tracy of presenting a forgery. Then, Tracy got her told-you-so moment when Ronnie confessed that Martin had forged the will leaving her the house.

Next, Ronnie explained how Martin had reached out to her before her sister died, claiming to be a friend of Monica’s, then again after her death, painting a terrible portrait of the family as a bunch of backstabbers. She knew Martin had a plan to ensure the estate went to “someone worthy of it,” but at first, she didn’t want any part of it — until her run-in with Tracy in the crypt. But as she got to know the family, Ronnie added, she couldn’t go through with taking their home. When she tried to back out of the deal, Martin blackmailed her by threatening to charge her with fraud. Tracy demanded that Chase arrest Ronnie, Martin, and Drew, leading Ronnie to divulge that, as far as she knew, Drew — although “entitled and really obnoxious” — wasn’t part of the scheme.
Tracy then ordered Drew to leave, and on his way out, he warned Martin that they weren’t through yet. Cody followed him to make sure Yuri locked the gate behind Drew. Next, Tracy wanted Chase to cuff Ronnie and Martin, but changed her mind about having Ronnie arrested when Brook Lynn pointed out that the woman had come clean. As Chase walked a handcuffed Martin out of the house, Ned proposed a “better idea” than taking the shady lawyer to prison. Back in the living room, Ronnie apologized to Tracy for her part in the scheme, and Tracy rejoiced in having delivered Monica’s grandson’s inheritance to him. Reading Monica’s will, Michael informed Tracy that he wasn’t inheriting the house: the Quartermaine estate had been bequeathed to her!

A New Plan
Emma was alarmed to see Britt with Professor Dalton in his office at PCU, and that the former doctor was now part of his research team. As Dalton handed Britt a key fob to his research lab, Emma tried to warn the professor that Britt couldn’t be trusted by rattling off her list of crimes. “You forgot baby doll griller,” Britt spat, referencing the Fourth of July barbecue when Britt (who at the time was dating Emma’s dad, Patrick Drake) sent Emma’s Ariel doll flying onto a barbecue. “No, I didn’t,” Emma coolly replied. Before exiting the office, Britt issued a warning of her own to Dalton, informing him that Emma was a know-it-all who was actually “utterly clueless.” After Britt left, Dalton reprimanded Emma for her insolence, instructing her that her job was to keep his files organized and to stay out of his business before dismissing her for the day.
Later, Emma asked Gio to meet her at Rocco’s house, and she pitched her idea to the guys that Rocco should cozy up to Britt to lift the fob from her. Rocco felt uncomfortable about stealing from Britt, but Emma suggested he think of it as saving her from whatever dangerous research Dalton is doing in the lab. Reluctantly, Rocco agreed to retrieve the key fob since he wouldn’t actually be breaking into the lab, but asked Emma and Gio to stick around at the house in case any trick-or-treaters stopped by.

After Rocco left, Emma wondered about the boxes in Lulu’s living room, so Gio explained that it was all of Tracy’s belongings from the Quartermaine house. Being surrounded by Tracy’s relics and memories, just as the family was about to lose their home, made Gio realize that he is one of the Quartermaines, and he finally embraced his connection to the family.
Rant And Rave
In the break room at the hospital, Portia shared with Elizabeth that Curtis knew about her pregnancy, thanks to Jordan, but she hadn’t yet told him that he might not be the father. In addition to her stress about the baby, Portia noted, she was worried that Britt’s return to town meant that Brad might come back as well. Recalling an issue between Portia and Brad from several months ago, Liz asked her friend if the lab tech’s potential return would cause a problem. Portia swore that the situation had been dealt with, but couldn’t help but wonder if she and Curtis would still be getting divorced if there hadn’t been so much outside influence on their marriage.
Later, Liz was at the hub when Britt arrived, apologizing for being late. Rather than admonish Britt, Liz thanked her for agreeing to come in on her day off, and then casually asked her if she’d heard from Brad since being back in town. Britt replied that Brad was off the grid, and if he knew she was in Port Charles, he didn’t seem to care. Then, Liz shared that Brad came into some money before he left town, so perhaps he wanted a fresh start elsewhere and wasn’t even aware that Britt had resurfaced. When Britt’s watch alarm went off, she headed to an exam room to privately inject herself with a dose of medicine — just as Rocco arrived at the hospital and followed her to the room.

Put A Pin In It
Curtis visited Jordan to let her know that she was correct in suspecting that Portia was pregnant, but they were keeping the news quiet until Portia was through the first trimester. Saddened by the news, Jordan congratulated him on becoming a father again. Then, Curtis told Jordan that while he would co-parent with Portia, it was her he wanted to be with. Jordan confided that she wanted to be with him as well, but tearfully worried that he’d change his mind. Curtis promised not to give up on their second chance, but she wanted to wait until his divorce was finalized. They said good-bye at the door with a kiss, unaware that Portia had arrived and was watching them!

New Directions
Ambushing Alexis at her office, Sonny confronted her about representing Willow and shared his concern that clearing her of shooting Drew would cause the investigation to focus on Michael. Once Alexis explained that she was only doing so to have access to Scout, Sonny mentioned Portia as a potential suspect. When Alexis asked for a plausible reason to consider Portia, Sonny divulged that Nina hadn’t acted alone in having Drew drugged. Alexis doubted that Portia was involved, but Sonny urged her to look into where the doctor was the night of the shooting. Sonny nodded in silent confirmation when Alexis mused that he wanted her to clear Willow by pointing a finger at Portia instead of Michael, and she agreed to investigate Portia’s alibi. Their conversation was interrupted when Drew barged in. Already angry that he lost out on buying the Quartermaine estate, the congressman wasn’t happy to see Alexis in cahoots with Michael’s father.

Clash Of The Titans
Sidwell tried to smooth-talk Laura, but she saw through his claims of wanting to make Port Charles a better place and blasted him for his criminal activities. Brushing off the unproven accusations against him, Sidwell noted that mob activity existed in town long before he arrived, courtesy of Sonny, with whom she shares a grandson. Sidwell accused Laura of being blind to valuable resources that he could provide to benefit the city, but she called out his proposal as a bribe and refused to be his ally in taking over Sonny’s piers to set up his own criminal operation. Before leaving, Sidwell insisted that not all transactions are monetary, and everyone has a price. Rattled by the encounter, Laura later left a desperate message for Anna that they needed to talk about Sidwell. Just as she hung up the phone, Martin arrived, prepared to confess to his sister his involvement in forging Monica’s will.
