General Hospital Recap: Molly and Cody Decide Whether to Leave Port Charles
Tensions were high on General Hospital’s Thursday, October 22, episode. Trina (Tabyana Ali) found a rather disturbing fan creation; Ric (Rick Hearst) and Monet (Blythe Howard) met with their clients, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard), to negotiate the terms of their divorce ; Michael (Rory Gibson) was with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) as she awaited life-changing news; Joe (Jonathan Bennett) put Ava (Maura West) on the spot; Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Cody (Josh Kelly) discussed their future; and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) gushed to Lucas (Van Hansis) about her transformative evening. Here’s everything that happened.
Photo Finish
At the Jerome Gallery, Trina filled Ava in on the elaborate romantic evening Kai had planned the night before with Quinn’s help, and Ava found the gesture sweet, despite the scary start. Before heading out for a client meeting, Ava showed Trina the 20th anniversary edition copies of Joel Sartore’s National Geographic Photo Ark book, which the photographer had signed for them.
Later, Emma stopped by to share what she’d found about the two bouquets of roses she had received. Both were sent under the name “Alan Smith.” Next, Emma and Trina searched Trina’s name on the internet and were shocked by how many links popped up about her and Gio.

The women stumbled upon a creepy fan site dedicated only to Trina, and she was disturbed that the website included photos from her personal social media accounts with her family and friends cut out. Trina grew even more alarmed when she noticed that the webpage’s heading was “From Your Biggest Fan” — the same as the signature on the flowers.
Rules of Estrangement
Brook Lynn met with her lawyer, Ric, to strategize before a meeting with Chase and his attorney, Monet. Brook Lynn was adamant about disregarding her prenup and splitting custody of Phoebe, but Ric said they needed to be aggressive — especially since she was worth more than Chase and his lawyer would likely demand more money.
Meanwhile, Monet urged Chase to set aside his nice guy persona and let her do all the talking during their preliminary meeting with Brook Lynn and Ric.

Chase wanted things to be as amicable as possible, but Monet warned him to prepare for the worst-case scenario. Chase was shocked when she announced she’d be asking Brook Lynn for child support, but agreed to let Monet handle the meeting her way.
When Brook Lynn arrived with Ric in tow, a shaken Chase told Monet that Lansing was a shark. Monet was glad that Chase finally grasped how serious the negotiation would be.
As the meeting got underway, Monet and Ric each threw out extreme demands and cheap shots at the other’s client while Chase and Brook Lynn grew increasingly more uncomfortable.
Finally, Brook Lynn bolted up from her seat, looked at Chase, and announced, “I’m not doing this.”

Face First
At the clinic in Baden-Baden, Michael calmed down an anxious Jordan as they waited to hear the results of her consultation for scar revision surgery. Michael worried Jordan might blame him for dragging her all the way to Germany if she wasn’t a candidate for the operation, but Jordan assured him she was prepared to handle whatever Dr. Mueller decided.
After speaking with the doctor, Jordan told Michael she would be having the surgery, and they happily embraced. Jordan thanked Michael for bringing her to the clinic, and he volunteered to stay while she began treatment.

The Heat Is On
Ava ran into Joe at the Port Charles Grill and jokingly offered to listen if he needed to vent about having Lucas as a roommate. Her hackles went up when the detective asked about her meeting with Jack Brennan the night he disappeared.
When Joe added that Ava’s input might help Nina, she claimed she’d had drinks with Jack but couldn’t recall exactly what they’d discussed.

Joe continued to press her, but Ava dodged his questions by warning that the WSB might come after him for messing with their investigation. Then, with a hollow promise to let him know if she remembered anything, Ava sauntered out of the restaurant.
New Attitude
Britt found Lucas tending to his hangover in a hospital exam room and apologized for her “Britchy” behavior the night before at the Brown Dog.
Lucas, in turn, said he was sorry for ditching her when she was clearly hurting after running into Jason at the bar. Britt gushed that she ended up having an anonymous one-night stand with a hot Australian.

Lucas was excited for his friend, but Britt had no plans to see the guy again since he was just passing through town. Calling the experience a wake-up call, Britt said she realized how much time she wasted thinking she was going to die and was ready to live her life the way she wanted — and that included being a better person. “Ding, dong, The Britch is dead,” she sang, then joked that they had to find Lucas a Guardian Sex Angel of his own.
Where You Go, I Go
Molly told Cody about the dream job she’d been offered in Chicago, and, ever the supportive boyfriend, he encouraged her to accept the position. She was annoyed he didn’t fight her on leaving but softened when Cody said he’d relocate with her. They discussed how moving would impact their relationships with their families, but Molly ultimately decided to stay in Port Charles.
