Tek told Mickey and Bonnie that Mimi is going to be arrested for Jan’s murder. Mickey told Meems not to give up hope. Bonnie was less than thrilled to learn that Mickey asked Maggie to help him with Mimi’s case. Abe overheard all of this, then stopped Tek and asked the detective why he has yet to make an arrest. Tek said he was still working on it. Lexie admonished Abe for laying into Tek. A suspicious Abe asked how close the two of them got while he was presumed dead. He explained he needs to know now that he is unable to perform sexually. He wated to know who was satisfying Lexie’s needs. She told him to stop being so jealous….

Bart tried to figure out what/who Tony’s “secret weapon” may be. Over a radio system, the men listened to Rex and Brady talking about their plan to save Philip. Shawn questioned Stan, trying to get proof that he’s legitimately on their side. Stan showed him Philip’s dog tags….

Roman was excited to spend romantic time with Kate, but she stopped him and said she had something to tell him. Roman asked Kate why she was crying. She asked him to put her ring back on her finger. He complied. “I’m not going to propose to you again, Katie. I’m going to rededicate myself to you, our love and our future… so Katie, Mrs. Brady, I promise to love, cherish and honor you for all the rest of my days.” Kate asked him to make love to her. Again, he complied. Too bad Kate fantasized about having sex with John. Roman knew something was amiss with his wife and assumed it had to do with the boys being in the desert….

At the penthouse, Marlena had a flashback about sleeping with Roman. John, having just showered, entered the room shirtless. Marlena was a little put off to find Kate’s nightfown in her bedroom. John apologized and explained that they were lost souls who sought comfort from each other. John confided in her that he was addicted to drugs. She started crying, worried for her husband. “Are you clean,” she queried. He confessed to still taking pills. She suggested rehab, but he was adamant about not going. All he needs is Marlena, John explained. “I’m not gonna let you down, Doc; I’m going to beat this thing,” he promised. They kissed, then had reunion sex. Marlena struggled with whether or not to be truthful with John about her castle romp with Roman.Thursday, May 12, 2005
Tony was annoyed when he couldn’t get in touch with Sami in the desert. Shawn found Sami/Stan, who offered up Philip’s dog tags. Sami/Stan revealed that yes, Philip is alive. In the bunker, Philip fantasized about Belle — again. “No matter what happens, I’m going to be with Belle. She’s my wife and that means forever,” Philip whispered ominously to himself….

Billie didn’t understand how she and Chelsea were an exact blood match. (Um, okay) She thought she was going to find Georgia there, Bilile explained, but agreed to help Chelsea by giving her blood for a transfusion. “I was so driven to find Georgia that I completely forgot what Chelsea was going through,” Billie sighed to Patrick. Chelsea then woke up, calling for her mother. “I’m here for you baby,” Billie responded, then said, “I wish I was saying this to Georgia.”….

Abe caught Lexie commiserating with Tek about her problems with Abe and his condition and sternly advised Tek to work, no socialize. “Did you tell him I am impotent,” queried Abe after Tek left. No, insisted Lexie….

Jack secretly asked Lexie to test him for STDs. Maggie told Jen that she was planning to spend time alone with Mickey, then asked how Jack and Jen’s reunion was going. Jen told Maggie it was great, then encouraged her to be strong when it came to Bonnie and Mickey. Maggie got teary. “That blonde bimbo is going down,” she then declared. Mickey came to the hospital to act as legal counsel for Mimi, but warned Bonnie that things might not work out the way they should. Bonnie told him she’d make it worth his while if he got Mimi off. “I object,” announced Maggie, who overheard Bonnie’s offer. Maggie and Bonnie exchanged harsh words, then Bonnie said Mickey had to pay attention to Mimi’s case. “Give up Mags,” she said smugly after he walked off. Belle assured Mimi she’d be all right, but Mimi was doubtful. “Miracles do happen,” Belle said, reminding Mimi that Marlena was alive and that she and Mimi hadn’t discussed it. Oops, said Mimi, who was dealing with the fact that she might be arrested for attempted murder. From her hospital bed, a weakened Jan said, “You’re toast, Meems.” “I wish I’d killed that evil witch,” Mimi fumed, which Tek overheard and asked if she wanted to say that on the record. Belle went into Jan’s room and the two fought over Shawn. Jan warned Belle that if anything happened to Shawn, she’d make Belle suffer, then went into cardiac arrest….

Jack — who was thrilled to be STD free — blindfolded Jennifer and surprised her (with Lexie’s help) with an elaborate, romantic dinner and interlude in one of the empty hospital rooms. Jen was happily reunited with her hubby.Wednesday, May 11, 2005
Bonnie came to the hospital to see Mimi, who was panicked that Jan implicated her as a murderer. Mimi warned Bonnie not to cause any trouble, as did Tek. “Wake up, you lying little bitch,” Bonnie barked at Jan’s bedside. Jan awoke. Mimi implored her to tell the truth. “It was an accident… don’t you remember,” Mimi said. “I’ll never recant,” whispered a down-but-never-out Ms. Spears….

Chloe dreamed of Brady taking the bandages off of her face. In her dream, she looked like she did before the accident. Nicole read up on medical surgeries as part of her plan to botch Chloe’s. She met a woman with a scarred face and felt guilty about her nasty plot….

The boys remained wary of Stan and kept hammering him to reveal his identity. Brady considered frisking him. “If Brady frisks me he’s going to find out that he is a she,” Sami/Stan thought. From a distance, Lucas recognized Stan from when they ran into each other on the street in Salem. The area where the guys were camped out was bombed. Stan ran away….

Abe had a doctor’s appointment at the hospital, after which he lashed out at Lexie. Lexie was shocked to see an alive Jack with Jennifer. Abe asked her what was going on. “Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated… just like yours, Abe,” Jack said. Abe and Lexie were thrilled that Jack was back in town. Jen explained to Jack that Abe lost his eyesight soon after returning to Salem. After, Abe lamented how he misses work and plans to appoint Roman commander, since Bo hates that job anyway. Lexie then insisted on examining Jack to make sure he’s okay. Abe remarked that at least Jack doesn’t have problems that could “ruin his marriage.” Jack and Jen made out in an exam room. A guilt-ridden Jack confided that he slept with Madison, thinking she was Jen. “I betrayed our marriage vows,” he revealed. Jen said she understood that Tony manipulated him and declared her undying love — and forgiveness — for her husband….

Abe asked Tek about Jan’s case and asked why an arrest hadn’t been made yet. He admonished Tek for wasting taxpayers’ money. Lexie defended Tek, then privately told the cop that was the blindess talking, not Abe. Tek pointed out that blind people can lead full lives, but Lexie said Abe was too angry and not ready to deal with it properly. Tek comforted Lexie, who cried that she didn’t know how she and Abe would get through it.Tuesday, May 10, 2005
Hope took a woozy Bo home from the house. Bo told her that he had a crazy dream that he was trapped with Hope in a pit and made love to her. A devastated Hope told him that it wasn’t her; it was Billie, then explained the whole story. Bo was incredulous. Hope then told Bo that Shawn brought his band of brothers abroad to save Philip and that she blamed Bo for it. “He can’t resists playing hero any more than you can, Brady,” she remarked….

Billie lamented to Patrick that her feelings for Bo are complicated. She knows he loves Hope, “She’s No 1 on his list. I come somewhere between that and bowling,” but thought she and Bo were going to die. Hence the sex….

Belle praised Marlena for teaching her about the sanctity of marriage vows. Kate and Roman overheard, which resulted in a wordplay between Belle and Kate. “You are the only reason they are over there right now,” Belle said to Kate, who retorted that no, it was because of Belle’s “idiotic boyfriend” Shawn that they were there. A teary Kate then apologized and blamed it on her jangly nerves at having her sons in danger. She went out on the balcony. Belle admitted to Marlena that she’s upset with Kate because Kate was trying to replace her when Marlena was presumed dead. Belle apologized to her parents for being nasty to Kate, but John said he understood. Belle then hugged Roman and thanked him for taking care of Marlena while they were held captive. After, she asked Kate to talk to try and work out their differences. Kate cried — again — about how Belle shouldn’t have married Philip if she loved Shawn. “I always knew Sami was selfish, but I never expected it from you,” Kate said. Belle went back into the penthouse, crying. Kate wouldn’t let her off the hook, calling what Belle did to Philip “unforgivable” Belle cried on John’s shoulder. Kate kept hammering her. Marlena told her to back off. A weepy Belle left despite Marlena’s protests. Marlena pleaded with Roman to let her tell John the truth about their tryst. While he said he didn’t agree, he told her to do what she had to. He understood….

In the desert, Stan told a doubting Brady that he was a journalist who was held prisoner. “We’re on the same side here,” he insisted. To prove he was with Philip, Sami/Stan decided to mess with the boys’ heads: He said about how Philip only talked about his beautiful wife, and her jerky ex boyfriend who tired to stop their wedding, which freaked Shawn out. He then told Rex that Philip revealed Mimi was keeping a deep, dark secret from him. He then said that Philip also talked about some guy named Brady and a woman they both loved. “She was a real babe and she could sing, right?” Then, after she died, Phil lost respect for Brady for taking up with Nicole. A suspicious Brady said Philip would never tell him something so personal and pulled his gun on Stan, demanding to know who sent him. From a distance, Lucas kept his gun trained on Stan, who he felt looked familiar.Monday, May 9, 2005
The show opened with a few minutes of of flashbacks of Sami/Stan’s story and Mimi’s predicament with Jan. If you missed the past couple of months, it was a good catch-up. Mimi then visited Jan at the hospital and ran into Tek. While they were in the room, Jan came to and whispered “Murderer” when she saw Mimi. She then accused Mimi of trying to kill her and said Mimi wanted her dead for a long time. “You came after me. You attacked me and you tried to kill me,” Jan said. Mimi accused her of either not remembering what happened or trying to frame her. A panicked Mimi called her mother. Tek called into the station and said he would probably be making an attempted murder arrest before the night was through. Tek then advised Mimi to get a lawyer….

Hope confronted Billie about having sex with an incapacitated Bo. “You pounced on my defenseless husband,” she spat. “Just proves to me you’re a whore.” Patrick jumped to Billie’s defense and said it was a DiMera trick that Bo and Billie wound up trapped together. Billie admitted that she “should have been stronger.” Bo came to and asked what the women were arguing about. They deflected his question. After, Hope warned Billie to steer clear of Bo. He’s done helping find Georgia, Hope explained. The Bradys left. Billie explained to Patrick that she needed Bo, then started crying….

Belle came to the penthouse and had a happy, emotional reunion with Marlena. They discussed the state of her union with Philip. “What does your heart say?” asked Marlena. “Shawn,” Belle admitted, then said she doesn’t have the same feeling for Philip as she does Shawn. “That’s because he’s your soulmate,” replied the good Doc. John advised Belle to do the honorable thing and level with Philip. Belle then praised Marlena for setting a good example for honoring vows. “You’d never cheat on him now,” said Belle of her parents’ relationship. A guilty Marlena was torn, knowing she wasn’t being truthful about her castle sex with Roman….

Sami/Stan met up with the Philip Four in the desert (well, except for Lucas, who was setting up equipment in the distance) and told the boys that Phil was conscious, but dehydrated and weak. The boys told Stan to lead them to the bunker, but were dubious of working with him.
