The Night the Lights Went Out

The action in this Days of Our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of September 22 begins as Gwen (Emily O’Brien) wanders around a construction site and suddenly the lights flicker and go out. “What the hell?” Gwen asks as the scene quickly switches to Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer). They look around and realize the lights are out. Marlena (Deidre Hall) also loses power at her townhouse, while Belle (Martha Madison) and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) are trapped together in the same elevator! “Ooooh,” says EJ as Belle asks, “What’s happening?”

When Darkness Falls

“Till the power comes back on, looks like we’re all stuck here,” announces Gabi (Cherie Jimenez), who is with Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). With nothing else to do but talk, Brady says, ‘We might as well bring her in the loop. The whole world’s going to find out sooner or later.” What is Brady wanting to tell Gabi, and will Philip sign off on it?

Desire Takes Hold

Chad (Billy Flynn) and Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) continue to grow closer as they give in to their feelings for one another. “You and I are going to have to figure out a new place to meet,” he tells her.

Xander tells Sarah, “We can just stay here,” as the two quickly come together and kiss. Will this be a new beginning for the estranged couple? They obviously still love each other, but can they learn to trust one another again?

‘Cause in the Shadows

“Hello? Is someone there?” Stephanie (Abigail Klein) asks. She’s in Horton Town Square, looking around to see if someone is lurking nearby in the darkness. Could someone actually be watching her from the shadows?

No One Plays Fair

At the dorms at Salem University, the lights are out there as well. Ari (Marissa Reyes) tells Sophia (Rachel Boyd), “You can hang here until the power comes back.” What Ari doesn’t realize is that Sophia is exploiting her kindness — and Holly (Ashley Puzemis) is the one who will end up paying the price. “This couldn’t have worked out better if I had planned it myself,” Sophia purrs. She is clearly pleased with her scheme. As Holly falls asleep, Sophia snaps pictures of her romantic rival. What is she up to?
