Beyond the Gates Is Preempted Two Days This Week — When Will It Return?
Fans of Beyond the Gates will experience a slight interruption to the drama in the world of Fairmont Crest as the CBS soap will only be on the air for three days this week. The show is scheduled to be preempted on Tuesday, April 28, and Wednesday, April 29, for sports coverage of UEFA Champions League Soccer.
Dramatic Pause
UEFA, the Union of European Football Associations, will be holding semi-final matches on April 28, when Paris Saint Germain PSG faces off against Bayern Munich, and April 29, when Atlético de Madrid goes up against Arsenal FC. CBS Sports coverage of those contests will preempt BTG on both of those days, but as the broadcast does not begin until 2 p.m. ET, The Young and Restless and The Bold and Beautiful will not be affected and will air in their normal time slots.
At the end of the Monday episode, Garland Memorial Chief of Staff Lia (Cecelia Specht) made not-so-veiled threats against Grayson (Jordi Vilasuso) and Ashley (Jen Jacob), Jacob (Jibre Hordges) promised Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) that his lengthy undercover mission was nearly over, and thanks to Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) and Tomas (Alex Alegria), Dani (Karla Mosley) discovered new reasons to be suspicious of Hayley (Marquita Goings) and her intentions towards Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett).
But fans shouldn’t worry because they won’t miss a moment of the drama. Following the two days of these planned preemptions, the action will pick up again on Thursday, April 30, right where it left off.
