Patrick Muldoon

After appearances on shows like Saved by the Bell and Silk Stalkings, Patrick Muldoon made his daytime debut as Austin Reed on Days of Our Lives in 1992. Before his exit in 1995, the actor picked up the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Male Newcomer in 1994. Muldoon went on to play Richard Hart on prime-time sudser Melrose Place and Zander Barcalow in the 1997 sci-fi flick Starship Troopers. After appearing in numerous other films, including Stigmata, Chain of Command, and A Boyfriend for Christmas, Muldoon reprised the role of Austin on DAYS from 2011-12. He has continued to act in movies, and in June 2025, it was announced that he was returning to DAYS again.
