“Okay, someone needs to tell that girl, hey, you’re on TV! You’re on TV. Invest in someone to do your hair when you’re going to a red carpet. But the dress is awesome. LoveShackFancy. So I’m gonna say ‘hit’ except for… do your hair.”

“This girl right here — and only I can say this — you need to eat a cheese sandwich.... I like the dress. I think Monique Lhuillier. It’s a wedding dress, actually. I like it. 'Hit.' ”

“This is a 'hit.' You know why it’s a 'hit?' Because at the last minute, the dress I was supposed to wear... the zipper ripped. And I was on my way out, a little late, and I was presenting with Finola Hughes [Anna, General Hospital] — with the great Finola Hughes — and so I just pulled this one out of my closet at the last minute. I cannot remember who did it, but I’m gonna say ‘hit’ because I made that happen.”

“No. No comment.”

“I’m gonna say 'hit.’ It looked better in person, and the back was really awesome. It was totally open. But yeah... I mean, that’s a ‘hit.’ ”

“Oh. You know, listen... It’s a ‘miss.’ Because it could’ve been a ‘hit.’ Look how fantastic. But it was a really hot day, and it was all wool. That girl spent a lot of money for that dress. It was a great dress, but not for the summer.”

“Kind of 'hit.' Not a 'miss.' Not totally a 'hit.' But it was okay. It was vintage. I think again, it’s a wedding dress. And I was going for like a Black Swan eye thing. I don’t know if that worked. But I tried. I tried.”

“That, again, looked better in person. I’m gonna say not a 'hit,' not a 'miss.' But that, right there... that woman has a six-month-old at home [daughter Natalia]. That was a very tired woman right there.”

“Oh my goodness. Put on some clothes. Put on some clothes. This is a very good example of a good dress gone bad. Now listen, I tried. Again, busy, busy. When you’re gonna wear a dress like this, invest in the appropriate undergarments. Not just something you find the night before. I tried… don’t judge me, I tried. I don’t care. That evening, I was rocking it. I mean, I felt like I was.”

“Right here, the appropriate undergarments. It was sewn into the dress. This was a planned thing. Like, weeks before. Not as busy. No children. This woman doesn’t have children [and] she doesn’t have a business that she’s running as well.”

" ‘Hit.' That was circa Sex and the City. So… that dress was super cheap. It’s a great example of ‘it doesn’t need to be expensive to look good.’ That was very much the time, and I was killing during that time.”

“You know, not a 'hit,' not a 'miss.' But again, [I was] super busy and thought that this dress worked. And thought I didn’t need to wear any undergarments like Spanx or something — probably should’ve — but… It’s fine. It’s fine. It’s very simple. That’s all."
