67% of the votes - Victor and Nikki (Eric Braeden and Melody Thomas Scott): The swank Colonnade Room was the setting for this supercouple’s long-awaited nuptials, attended by family, friends and dignitaries from around the globe. Nikki made a spectacular entrance at the top of a grand staircase, dressed in an eye-popping gown hand-sewn with 20,000 beads, capped off by a 10-foot train. With her sister, Casey, serving as maid of honor and his bestie, Douglas, as best man, the pair exchanged vows, much to the chagrin of Eve, his deranged ex, who failed at her multiple attempts to derail the wedding (including trying to make Nikki ingest poisoned brandy while disguised as a member of the wait staff). They shared their first dance to Gina’s rendition of “Through The Eyes of Love”, and the bouquet was caught by Ashley (who would later also marry Victor). They opted to stay home instead of embark on a honeymoon — tough luck for Eve, who was stowing away in the groom’s luggage.

15% of the votes - Nick and Sharon (Joshua Morrow and Sharon Case): Before the intimate ceremony joining together Nick and Sharon, Victoria took her matron of honor duties seriously by paying Nikki a visit to make sure she wouldn’t follow through on her threat to disrupt the festivities. At the chapel, Sharon was pleasantly surprised when her dear friend Amy, who was recovering from a breakdown, showed up and agreed to be a last-minute bridesmaid. The bride wore a gown embellished with yellow ribbons and embroidered flowers along with white satin slippers; Victor stood up for his son (who sported a Calvin Klein suit) as best man, and after the “I do’s”, the celebrants retreated to the Colonnade Room for an elegant reception featuring a three-tier wedding cake.

8% of the votes - Neil and Drucilla (Kristoff St. John and Victoria Rowell): When Neil announced that he wanted to marry Drucilla on the double, they pulled together their wedding in a matter of days, tying the knot in the flower-bedecked living room at Katherine’s estate. Her sister, Olivia, served as matron of honor and his buddy from Jabot, Brad, served as best man. On brother-in-law Nathan’s arm, Dru made her way to the altar in a sheath dress constructed of silk faille and satin-faced organza and a satin-trimmed head- piece, while Neil wore a double-breasted tuxedo designed by Rick Pallack. The minister officiating the nups was played by Kristoff St. John’s real-life father, actor Christopher St. John. The couple spent their romantic honeymoon in the Caribbean.

6% of the votes - Danny and Cricket (Michael Damian and Lauralee Bell: Cricket and Danny chose the Hawaiian island of Maui for their outdoor wedding on the grounds of the Keawala’i Church, where the show constructed a gazebo decorated with ribbon and lavender orchids. Her best friend, Nina, came along as matron of honor; and his dad, Rex, acted as best man; Danny’s sister, Gina, was enlisted to sing “Starting Here, Starting Now”. 4% of the votes - Cane and Lily (Daniel Goddard and Christel Khalil): On the eve of her wedding to Cane, Lily was touched when her dad, Neil, presented her with the dress that her late mother, Drucilla, wore when she married him. For her some- thing borrowed, she donned her Aunt Olivia’s lucky bracelet, Colleen supplied her something new and blue (a garter), and for something old, she wore her mother’s hair pin. At the wedding, Devon’s little sister, Ana, sang, and Katherine read the Prayer of Saint Francis. Cane and Lily then exchanged the same heart- felt vows they personally wrote together (“Whatever lies ahead for us, good or bad, I will be your soft place to fall”). The wedding ring Cane slipped onto his bride’s finger was engraved with a kangaroo to honor his Aussie roots, while Lily had a quote from their favorite movie, Casablanca, inscribed on his. A reception followed at Neil’s jazz club, Indigo, where Amber caught the bridal bouquet.
