Things clearly take a turn when Holly (Ashley Puzemis) joins them at the bookstore. Holly looks pretty grim, while Sophia looks taken aback, and Tate is trying to keep the peace. What did Holly say?

After Sophia exits, this is likely when Tate will give Holly a piece of his mind. Has she completely blown his attempt to track down his child? Could this also possibly splinter their relationship?

Maggie (Suzanne Rogers, l.) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) chat before the birthday girl gets her cake and presents. Does Maggie have some more words of wisdom to impart to her daughter regarding her fraught relationship with Xander?

Xander (Paul Telfer, l.) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) arrive at the Kiriakis mansion for Victoria’s second birthday party. The proud pop has his arms full of gift-wrapped presents, whereas Uncle Philip clearly didn’t feel the need to overdo it.

The guys come bearing gifts, much to Maggie’s delight. Though there appears to be quite a bit of tension between Xander and Sarah. Can they put their differences aside for their daughter’s special day?

Philip passes Sarah his present for Victoria (Amelia Hileman) to open up. She’s already unwrapped so many fun gifts, so what might Uncle Philip have gotten for his niece?

Victoria always brings out the softer side of her father, so perhaps Xander could use this birthday party as an opportunity to make some more progress in winning Sarah back?
