The end may be near for Bo (Peter Reckell) because time is running out. He is suffering from sepsis and while Steve and Shawn are on the case, trying to find the elusive drug that was stolen from the University Hospital lab, they are working against the clock.

Bo and Hope's kids arrive to see their father, possibly for the last time. Shawn (Brandon Beemer) has been risking everything to get his hands on a dose of the drug that could possibly save his father's life. Ciara (Victoria Konefal) wants more than anything to have her beloved father back.

Ciara is a rock for her mother. Hope may be going through an emotional roller coaster, but having her daughter close to lean on is everything for her. They have been through so much over the years but remain as close as ever.

Ciara gets to have a few moments alone with her father and pours out her heart. She needs him in her life. He has to meet her children, little Bo and Addie, as well as her husband Ben. Their family needs their patriarch, so he has to wake up and come back to them.

Is Bo able to dream, or is this someone else's? Of course Bo would want to go to Horton Town Square to pay tribute to his beloved Mrs. H — Alice Horton. She helped him and Hope out of more than a jam or two. She and Tom meant a lot to them both.

Seeing Bo back at the Brady Pub would be a dream come true for his sister, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). Along with her husband and his longtime best friend Steve, this would be a reunion for the books!

The emotional turmoil surrounding her son-in-law, Bo, has Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) longing for her late husband to give her comfort. Doug would know what to say and do to help her hold onto hope.

Julie is probably asking Doug to do what he can to save Bo. She knows he would move heaven and earth to make life easier for his daughter. The bond between Doug and Hope was strong and he would want to make sure Bo could be there to take care of his little girl.
