Kristen (Stacy Haiduk, l.) needs Melinda (Tina Huang) to look over the plea deal that is being offered by the Salem police department, since Melinda is the head of the DiMera legal team. The authorities want Kristen's mother, Rachel, to testify against EJ in the case of Rafe's kidnapping.

Melinda probably has some tough but fair advice for Kristen, but that doesn't mean Kristen will like it. Going up against her brother EJ isn't going to be easy, but she has to take care of her mother — and this deal may be the only way Kristen can help her.
