Hope goes to her father's grave and pays tribute to the man who was her everything growing up. She lays flowers at his grave and wishes she had made it in time for his service.

Hope's kids, Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Ciara, arrive at the grave too and are there for their mom. Surely their presence brings some solace to Hope's grief, as she sees her father's spirit in them.

Nothing like a hug to make a person feel better, especially when it's your daughter giving it to you. Ciara wants to be there for her mother and help her through this unbearable time, as does Shawn.

Luckily for Hope, her best friend is also her cousin as Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) also spends time with her at Doug's grave. The two have a lot to catch up on and many memories of her Doug to recall.
