Los Angeles Laker LeBron James has purchased the home of B&B and Y&R’s late co-creator, Lee Phillip Bell, for $36.8 million, reports Variety.com. The storied Beverly Hills property has some serious Hollywood pedigree: It was built in the 1930s by Charles Boyer, then by RKO Pictures, and Katharine Hepburn was a resident.
