General Hospital Recap: Willow Hit with Search Warrant as Dante and Lulu Find Rocco and Britt

Comments

Tensions were running high on the Thursday, June 25, episode of General Hospital! Josslyn (Eden McCoy) hit a nerve during an argument with Cassius (Ryan Paevey), Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) were in for a surprise when they caught up to Rocco (Finn Carr) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), Joe (Jonathan Bennett) blindsided Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) with a search warrant, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) had a frosty encounter with Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) at the PCPD, Chase (Josh Swickard) sought to make peace with Tracy (Jane Elliott) for Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) sake and more! Here’s how it all went down.

Permanent Vacation

Britt was caught off-guard when Dante and Lulu showed up at the cottage in Tortola. She tried to make them promise not to put Rocco’s life in further danger by bringing him back to Port Charles, prompting a three-way blowup about all the ways Britt had overstepped in her relationship with the teen.

When Rocco returned home from picking up Britt’s medication, he was far from thrilled to see his parents. He confessed to Britt that it was his fault they’d found him, because he’d reached out to Danny and Charlotte for help in getting her meds from Nathan. Lulu and Dante tried to get Rocco to leave right away, before Cullum could find him, but Rocco refused to go anywhere with them — unless Britt went, too.

Search Me

At the PCPD, Joe briefed Turner that Willow might be involved in Jordan’s accident, explaining that Chase had blocked him when he went to question Willow but that Drew had blinked out a confirmation about Willow’s presence on Route 91 on the night of the crash. Justin was frustrated that Chase jumped in to protect Willow yet again and told Joe about her hunch that Chase had tampered with evidence during the attempted murder trial. She quickly approved a search warrant for Willow’s SUV.

At the Metro Court pool, Willow and Laura discussed launching their joint universal daycare program and Willow thanked the mayor for being her political role model. Willow then approached Brook Lynn, who was hanging out with baby Phoebe. Brook Lynn forced a smile and thanked Willow for not pressing charges against Tracy, and even let her hold the baby. Curtis then arrived for his meeting with the Willow, and he suggested that Aurora Media cover the daycare program launch, complete with a profile on Congresswoman Cain.

Chase made peace with Tracy, who made him see that he’d been neglecting Brook Lynn with all the time and attention he’d been giving to Willow, then headed to the pool to meet up with Brook Lynn and the baby. Chase began to tell Brook Lynn that Tracy made him realize that he needed to rethink his priorities, but was distracted when he saw Joe enter the pool area. Walking over to Curtis and Willow’s table, Det. Fitzpatrick announced that he had a warrant to check the trip record on Willow’s SUV to see if she was on Route 91 at the time of Jordan’s accident.

Hide And Seek

Jordan searched through her files from her time working for Sidwell, hoping to find a clue to his location. She called Laura over for help going through the documents and explained to the mayor that she’d overseen SRE Worldwide’s public-facing businesses while Marco had handled anything that Jenz didn’t want her to know about (his criminal activities). The women theorized that Sidwell had likely set up a completely legal place to go underground for Marco’s sake and was hiding in plain sight. When they came across paperwork for the house Sidwell had purchased as a wedding gift for Lucas and Marco, Jordan wondered if he had kept the property after Marco’s death to use as a hideout.

The Watchman

Gio invited Charlotte to the Metro Court pool, figuring she could use the distraction while her mom was out of town looking for Rocco. When Gio asked where Danny was, Charlotte shared that they’d gotten into a fight because he’d broken her trust. Gio praised Danny as a loyal type and encouraged her to have faith in Danny to do the right thing. She huffed that she’d never be able to forgive Danny if he didn’t. A man was skulking in the background, secretly observing Charlotte, and and relayed to someone on the phone he’d have “her” in hand shortly…

Warning Label

Joe called Alexis down to the PCPD after Danny was picked up attempting to break into the WSB field station. Alexis confronted her grandson in the interrogation room, and Danny cried that he’d only been trying to get in touch with his father. Cullum waltzed in and tried to intimidate Danny, but Alexis defended her grandson and threatened to go public with the details of Jason’s disappearance if the WSB pressed charges against the teen.

Cullum agreed to drop the matter, but icily warned there would be serious consequences if Danny pulled a stunt like that again. Once the agent left, Alexis said she hoped the interaction had scared some sense into Danny, because Cullum was a dangerous man and the last thing Jason would want was for him to be involved with the WSB. Danny sighed and replied that he had to do what his father would want.

Finishing Touches

In her cell at Wyndemere, Josslyn and Cassius fought over his lack of a plan to help her and his mother escape. Cassius wanted to continue to make Cullum believe he was still on board and wait to make a move until the project was complete, but Josslyn argued that the WSB director needed to be stopped before Obrecht finished the dangerous device.

Cassius reiterated that he was doing all he could to keep Josslyn safe, but she spat that she didn’t believe him. Joss struck a nerve when she reminded Cassius that he’d said he felt a connection to his brother, yet had been lying to everyone Nathan loved, broken his promise to keep Britt safe, and was helping to hold his mother captive so Liesl could protect him. Since he’d failed to come through for any of the people he claimed to care about, Josslyn doubted that Cassius would come through for her. It was Cassius’s turn to then remind Josslyn that he’d kept his promise not to kill her — and once everything was over, she’d know he kept his word. With that, he exited and locked her back up.
